So, Your Spiritual Awakening Cost You Some Friends
Have you noticed a change in your relationships with other people lately? Is it sometimes difficult or awkward to talk to others about spiritual topics? Do you, at times, feel alone in your beliefs? Have you lost contact with any long time friends recently? You are not alone!
I'm fortunate to have a lot of Facebook friends who post similar types of links. Too many times, I see a lot of people who talk the talk but are afraid to walk the walk, due to being ridiculed for their thoughts and posts (GROUPTHINK). I've lost some longtime friends because of this but have made many, many new ones. Once the ego is released, you no longer worry about conformity and peer pressure.
Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that structures various belief systems within a group of people while discouraging individual creativity and independent thinking. Even within a group of individuals who are spiritually awakened, you will find groupthink.
If you look at the recorded history of mankind, you’ll find that this history is merely someone’s interpretation of a landmark event or evolutionary process, backed by eyewitness testimonial, scientific data, video or faith. The actual truth may be hidden or distorted for many reasons, but mostly for control and power. Look no further than the origins of mankind and you’ll find a plethora of creation myths from all cultures with varying dates of our existence. Who’s right?
Can you talk to your friends about the universe? Do they know what a stargate or chakra is? Are they willing to talk about ascension or spiritual enlightenment?
When you talk to people about the creation myth, they tend to remain inside the box with a belief system that supports religion’s story of creation, which dates mankind back to 4,000 B.C. If you raise questions about our true origins, it tends to separate people and relationships between those who think outside the box versus those who think inside the box. When these topics arise within relationships, they often create dissention. It’s hard for anyone to admit they’ve been deceived for so long and even more difficult to admit they were possibly wrong in their assumptions.
This is a prime example of how our educational systems keep us locked inside the box without questioning anything about what we’ve been taught. Those who remain inside the box are afraid of what others might think if they venture outside the box, so they remain complacent and subservient while conforming to what society dictates rather than relying on their own discernment and judgment. People could live their entire lives pretending to be what society expects them to be and not even know it!
From an ego perspective, our thoughts are basically cultivated by what we’ve learned from our family, friends, educational systems and religious beliefs, but what have we truly been taught? What can we say about anything that wasn’t regurgitated to us by someone else?
As evidenced by past life regressions, our previous lives and soul history remain dormant in our cellular DNA and can be recalled through our subconscious minds through hypnotherapy. Within your cellular DNA, you actually remember being back with the Source along with all of the things you wanted to accomplish during this incarnation, as well as all of the challenges you wanted to overcome and all of the people who would lead you to where you are. This includes the people that have come and gone from our lives.
Sometimes, we project to be someone that we expect others to see in us. In psychology, this is referred to as the shadow self, where we project an identity that conforms to how other people may perceive us versus being true to who we really are. Some people may find out that they never knew who they were because they lived their lives through the expectations of how others will perceive them.
Those who have begun their spiritual journeys may also be confronting these issues, which initially creates cognitive dissonance. Cognitive dissonance occurs when you get an uncomfortable feeling caused by holding conflicting ideas simultaneously. This is the transition period that many of us have gone through, where our beliefs have changed, yet we’re unsure about relating these new ideas to our friends and family, due to fear or rejection.
As our spiritual journeys continue, we become more comfortable within our own beliefs and less concerned about how our friends and family view this awakening. This is when the ego becomes separated from the self and fear is dissolved by love. At this juncture, we begin to talk to acquaintances, as well as friends and family, about spiritual and metaphysical topics, with less regard about what they might think of us or how we may be perceived by others.
Remember this: You are not alone! Those who truly love you will stand by you, no matter what. Those people who are no longer part of our lives have already played their role in helping us find out who we truly are. Sometimes, it takes polarity to be able to differentiate who we are and where we're going. This is where the unawakened help immensely, by providing that contrast which allows us to see the differences.
Envision each awakened person across the planet holding a candle. While your individual candle may not seem like a lot of light, it greatly contributes to making the world FULL of light and keeps us connected, no matter how far apart we may be. While it may be painful to lose some dear friends, think about what they have brought to your life and why.
Chances are, you’ll end a few old relationships with people who were, at one time, very close to you, only to create new relationships with like-minded people. Forgive yourself, as well as your friends, if you feel badly about this. They came into your life for a reason a season or a lifetime:

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you will know what to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty; to provide you with guidance and support; to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it. It is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person, and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Olympus fraud leads to banker arrest
Chan Ming Fon, who once served as a bank vice-president, has been accused of helping liquidate hundreds of millions of dollars as part of the scandal, Asian Legal Business reports.
Camera and medical equipment maker Olympus has admitted to concealing considerable investment losses by using improper accounting methods, with the practice first beginning in the 1990s.
According to US court papers, former banker Chan received $10 million from Olympus for his involvement.
George Venizelos, FBI assistant director-in-charge, said: "The defendant had a direct role in the secret liquidation of hundreds of millions of dollars of Olympus investments."
Mr Venizelos explained Mr Fon attempted to hide his involvement in the episode by telling auditors that, even years after liquidation, the investments were still in existence - a campaign of lying that lasted for around six years in total.

Greetings and Salutations;
Hope you all are enjoying the holidays, as best you can. Some of you heard, some folks have hit the banks already. Some will deny such a thing because they don’t know anyone who went. That’s ok, there are non-disclosures that get signed, which locks people’s lips for 90 days. Some may have heard some old contracts are being paid out. Don’t be surprised to find out the big O people were not the first on the list to be paid out, the point being, all is orderly and the oldest stuff goes first. So like the lunch line in school, the time is here to be served, just wait your turn. Tho' some bankers took off for the holidays, not all did and continue to work right thru the weekend. It’s international…the whole world! The US is just a pivot point on everything but, it does not run the change over. For the fans of rvs, take look at this, things are moving despite the great silence out here.. .

Time has caught up to everybody out here, many institutions that have run the world, have lost their leases and charters and no one will start them back up by taking up the leases and charters. The world court has been in possession of a lot of these filings, tho' we have been taught in america, the Hague carries no power over us. I’ll tell you if the Hague dispatches agents to pick you up and put you somewhere, they’ll get you. They got the jackal after his time of scaring the crap out of people. People in august positions right now, need to make sure they are on the ‘right side’ of things or they could find themselves in outer mongolia living in a yurt. As the mayans said, this is the end of time as we knew it. Sorry, the universe doesn’t operate on the ticks of an arbitrary clock, something you'll get used to... if you continue to live on planet earth. ‘And time was, no more’. You passed thru a doorway on 12-12-12, then 12-21, the earth was propelled further and locked. No down, no return. The preachers had a chance to tell their congregations but it was too far outside the ‘teachings’ they want to hold onto. Yea, ‘my kingdom is no part of this world’…get it?
The assault on normalcy is in full mode now, so hold on to your ‘tidy whiteys’ and make sure you have a good supply of your favorite toilet paper, If you’re not expecting any thing, you’ll be caught flat footed and and absolutely ‘gobsmacked. I’ve been with you to walk you thru this because this is the way the world should be and you needed somebody who couldn’t be knocked off his center, no matter the ‘news’. If you have and stay with the bottom line it becomes a game of watching who else is going to step up and defend more ‘BS’. Some thing stupid being relayed as if it’s caring and looking out for you. If you know it’s joke, you can laugh but, if you don’t and take half this stuff seriously, you may be looking for a way to commit suicide. This picture they project as reality is screwed. Nothing worse than talking cockroaches.
So, while there’s some who are happy as pigs in mud many more will fill in the gap quite shortly and become ‘jet setters’. Don’t worry about it, you are suppose to be happy…seek your joy. I don’t have to tell you, it’s in your gut…been there the whole time, waiting like a lion, to be loosed from the zoo. Do remember, balance in all things.

The New World Order has been defeated but the Old World Order is still fighting

There are growing signs that the Bush/Nazi New World Order Nazi faction has been defeated, but that the Rockefellers and their allies in the Old World Order faction are still fighting to preserve their power. It has also now been confirmed that the new Japanese government headed by Shinzo Abe and the Liberal Democratic Party was put in place via a disguised military coup d’état, according to Japanese military intelligence sources. This implies the Rockefellers and their minions are being forced out of Japan, a CIA source added. This means 66 years of hostile foreign occupation of Japan may be about to end. There is still secret fighting going on, though.
The gnostic illuminati faction in the West, for its part, is claiming victory and saying that “President Obama will leave the White House hanging by his neck from a helicopter.”
Of course the jury is still out on all this and only actual events and not talk, will determine if what the various sources are saying is true. However, it looks like it will be a Merry Solar New Year (even the pope now admits Christmas was not Christ’s birthday), and the power of love and friendship is winning over the forces of fear and hate.
There is also strong evidence emerging that the new Japanese government is planning to end the cabal’s monopoly on the creation of money by government money or Japanese greenbacks. Doing this would allow the Japanese government to write off its entire debt with the stroke of a keyboard. This plan is no longer something mulled on internet “conspiracy” sites but is actually the subject of discussion at major government-sponsored conferences.
The IMF, for example, issued a report in August calling for government currency creation.
That report stimulated a recent conference of top policy makers in Japan who proposed their own version of this plan. The notes of this conference (in Japanese) can be seen at this link:
One of the lead economists behind this plan in Japan is Kaoru Yamaguchi, who says he worked with the authors of the IMF paper and that academic and government economists in Japan, the US and Europe are abuzz with talk of the concept of government-created currency. Not only that, Japan’s military, yakuza and most police also support such a plan, meaning that men in black sent by the Rockefellers etc. are not going to be able to stop it.
However, it is clear that there is still some fighting going on in the background. Yoshinori Watanabe, the former head of the Yamaguchi Gumi Yakuza syndicate was killed earlier this month, according to Yakuza sources. Japanese newspapers reported the cause of death as illness but Yamaguchi, who retired in favour of Shinobu Tsukasa, the current head, was killed and {that} revenge attacks are being carried out.
Yamaguchi was forced to retire after former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi cut off his government funding and money he earned from the meat business. However, despite the loss of funds he remained very influential and was working against the cabal.
The North Koreans are also now saying they will stop working for the cabal in Japan and in North Korea. However, they have been cut off from their “super K” CIA forged money as well as from the amphetamines business and need new sources of legitimate income to replace these important sources of foreign currency. They are asking for Japanese help. The White Dragon Society has suggested that a tunnel {linking} Japan to Korea would be a good way to help North Korea because a rail link from Tokyo to London, via the Korean peninsula, would cut freight costs from Europe to East Asia and provide legitimate income to North Korea.
The North Koreans also want to build a pipeline to ship Russian LNG to South Korea. The new regime in South Korea is likely to be amenable to this sort of proposal.
In any case, the cabal is running out of thugs for hire in Japan and that means they are losing control of this formerly lucrative enclave of theirs. Time to pack your bags Michael Green.
There are also signs that something is changing within the Japanese royal family. In specific it is being said the current crown prince may not inherit the throne, according to a royal family source. That is because he was forced to marry princess Masako, the daughter of Rockefeller stooge and International Court of Justice judge Hisashi Owada. This is the opposite of the conventional story being put out in the media and on the rumour-mill that he forced Masako to marry him. The reason the crown prince was forced into the marriage was because the Sabbatean mafia wanted to substitute a cabal family member as his heir and take over the royal family of Japan. Of course, as with anything connected to the Japanese royal family, information from anonymous sources needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
It is clear though that the Abe government in power is a military regime and it has already taken on emergency powers. However, Abe will not provoke Korea, China or Russia because they are not the real enemies. He will also work closely with the Pentagon white dragon sympathizers. The Pentagon good guys already won kudos by seizing a Nazi nuclear device, destined for Tokyo, from a submarine in the Indian Ocean. Events over the coming days will make it clear exactly how much Japan has really changed.
However, we are also hearing that a fundamental sea change has happened in England as well. It turns out that a lot of the gold in the vaults of the Bank of England has been stolen and replaced with tungsten laced bars, according to an MI5 source. The theft has been traced to the Bushes and to funds that were used to finance the Euro. For that reason the English are now openly talking about leaving the European Union, the MI5 source said. Tony Blair is also going to be taken in for rigorous questioning on his involvement in all this. Jacob Rothschild and James Sassoon will be too.
The situation is less clear in the US but it seems that the Sandy Hook murders have provoked the exact opposite reaction from what was intended. The inconsistencies in the official story, the videos of laughing actors suddenly turning into “grieving parents,” the reports of multiple gun-men etc. have outraged military and law enforcement types. It was, as a gnostic illuminati leader put it, “a fatal mistake.”
However, many of these dangerous and desperate criminals are on the loose and can still carry out other atrocities. That is why we must keep our powder dry and stay alert so that we can make sure to finish the job.
Nonetheless, it looks like the tide has turned {and the} coming new year will be happy. Merry Christmas and solar new year.

Compensation for stolen Aboriginal wages

Earlier this year the Minister for Indigenous Affairs, Peter Collier, created a scheme which allowed eligible people to apply for a $2,000 ex gratia payment.
The scheme was open for nine months.
More than 2,000 people applied for the payment and almost 700 have been paid a total of $1.3 million so far.
The Department of Indigenous Affairs says the money will keep flowing until the end of January, with the total amount paid likely to exceed $4 million.

The Rolling Jubilee Mails its First Debt Forgiveness Letters

But that was before the Rolling Jubilee caught fire in the public imagination, garnering attention from the likes of Boing Boing, the New York Times, and Fortune Magazine. Even before the group had webcast its star-studded telethon, it had already surpassed its fundraising goal. To date, they've raised nearly half a million dollars -- enough to buy and forgive nearly $10 million of debt.
Most of that money is going to go to purchasing a big hunk of distressed medical debt next month, but as a sort of proof-of-concept, Strike Debt has already spent $5,000 to buy $100,000 of distressed medical debt owed by 44 people in upstate New York.
Yesterday, the activists gathered to send out the notifications to the unsuspecting recipients of this first round of debt forgiveness. Since aggressive collection mailings often drive debtors to ignore envelopes they don't recognize, the forgiveness letters are packaged in a small box wrapped in festive paper.
"We want to make sure they open it," said Yates McKee of Strike Debt. "We also like the idea of it having a holiday feeling to it."
"Seasons Greetings from Strike Debt!" begins the letter.
"We write with good news: the above referenced account has been purchased by the Rolling Jubilee Fund, a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. The Rolling Jubilee Fund is a project of Strike Debt. The mission of this project is to buy and abolish personal debt. We believe that no one should have to go into debt for the basic things in our lives, like healthcare, housing, and education.
You no longer owe the balance of this debt. It is gone, a gift with no strings attached. You are no longer any obligation to settle this account with the original creditor, the bill collector, or anyone else."
After the first flush of positive press, the Rolling Jubilee has encountered some skepticism. Yves Smith of the Naked Capitalism blog has called it "a gimmick with a tax risk." The jubilee puts borrowers at risk, Smith argues, because forgiving the debt could be counted as a taxable windfall for the debtors, potentially making their situation worse rather than better. Strike Debt's claim that the jubilee won't have tax implications are dubious, Smith argues, because 1) by buying the debt in the first place, Strike Debt is engaging in commercial activity, 2) the recipients are likely to be middle class, and therefore ineligible for tax exemption as a "charitable class." She concludes:
"Sophisticated taxpayers get tax opinions from law firms with recognized expertise in tax matters, or ask for rulings from IRS (a non-starter here), or document their positions with heavily researched memos. Rolling Jubilee should get one of its sympathetic celebrites to write a check to a serious tax lawyer to take a proper look."
Rolling Jubilee organizers say that's exactly what they've done. "I'm a little mystified by the critiques based on the tax implications," says the tax lawyer who has been advising Strike Debt. (The lawyer works in the tax department at a top international law firm -- her employer knows she is advising Strike Debt, but doesn't want its name attached to the project.)

The tax lawyer dismisses the concern that the Rolling Jubilee is engaged in commercial activity: "It doesn't make a great deal of sense to me," she said. "When Habitat for Humanity is helping people build houses, someone still has to buy the lumber. It doesn't change their tax status. The critical thing is that this is a not-for-profit organization, and it's not engaged in trying to make money."
Furthermore, the lawyer says, recipients don't have to be poor to receive tax-free debt forgiveness. "This is focused on medical debt," she says, "and people with health problems can be categorized as distressed. You don't need to show that they're impoverished."
Even if it doesn't run afoul of tax laws, the campaign's organizers acknowledge that $10 million of debt is a drop in the bucket, hardly a system producing every greater amounts of crushing debt. The larger goal, they say, is to start a conversation about the way that debt plays in society. "This is a social hack," says Laura Hanna of Strike Debt. "A lot of people didn't know that their debts were on fire sale, that their debts could be bought for pennies on the dollar, just not by them."
What the Strike Debt will do with the conversation it has started is something they're still figuring out. In recent months chapters have sprung up in cities across the country, and organizers are planning a national conversation about next steps pegged to Martin Luther King's birthday.
In the meantime, they have at least two more debt buys planned in the coming months.

For me personally, 2012 has been quite a ride. I can honestly say it has been the most transformative year of my life and I'd like to share some of it with you.
New years eve, 2011/2012: what I remember about that night was laying in bed, a deep depression had overcome my usually cheerful demeanor. At that point, I had been searching for a few years for my identity, for who I truly am. The institutions I was raised in and the mainstream way of looking at "reality" never felt right in my heart. I found myself completely dismantling every brick from the foundation I had built for over 30 years. It left me feeling both free yet extremely isolated.
A few weeks had passed since, and I was still experiencing "dark nights of the soul". Those who have struggled with depression will know what I mean, I don't wish that amount of despair on anyone. It's a paralyzing feeling that takes over, a dulling of the senses, a thick heavy blanket that covers your entire body making it impossible to see, to feel, to move.
“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.”Then there was a night, in mid-January, when it all changed. In the midst of the despair and dread, seeming from out of nowhere, I experienced a separation from my mind. I saw myself, as if looking in on another person, observing the pain he was going through. I began to feel wave after crashing wave of unconditional love, and a peace that I can't adequately explain with the words that I type. I felt a connection with all that is, a joining of my spirit with all life, past, present and future. Tears began pouring, the energy was so intense I couldn't contain it. I have read about spiritual experiences, and "spiritual awakenings". But I never had my own experience. I understood in my mind, but never knew in my heart until that night.

That experience would mark the beginning of many more peaks and valleys.
I suddenly knew, the love of the creator, the vibrating energy of all of creation. The connection to it all. It was all so new and intense. I wanted to talk about it but the people closest to me didn't fully understand, so I created a second Facebook account and found a community of friends who knew what I was talking about. I could post and start discussions without judgement or fear of ridicule. We could share this journey together.
I began to take in all sorts of information. I learned about ancient wisdom traditions, sacred geometry and the flower of life. The knowledge of "as above, so below". I began listening to "whistleblowers" who were talking about the dark cabal, a conglomerate of nefarious individuals, who were planning total world domination. I heard about the coming plan to arrest these individuals and herald in the new age of abundance and peace. I took these words in and believed that humanity was headed for a grand unveiling, complete with landings from our galactic brothers and sisters who would assist us in our ascension out of three dimensionality into the higher dimensions of existence.
Through all this frenzy of anticipation, and despite my personal "awakening" experience on that cold January night, I was still struggling with the ups and downs of depression and anxiety. I set my expectations high, hinging on the words of those who I thought were "in the know", only to experience disappointment when it didn't happen the way I envisioned it would. I wanted vindication, I wanted to be proven right so all those around me would finally begin to believe me. I thought I had awakened and the rest of the populace was still asleep. I was Morpheus, working tirelessly to unplug people from the matrix, and often times resenting them for not wanting to change.
“As long as you have certain desires about how it ought to be you can't see how it is." ~Ram DassI decided to take part in a mindfulness meditation class, facilitated by a student of John Kabat-Zinn, based on his book Full Catastrophe Living. It was an eight week course designed to help those who suffer from mental and physical illnesses, and addictions, to overcome these trials by practicing non-judgemental meditation and mindfulness. This class catapulted me into a state of being that changed my life, it gave me a firm foundation to begin to take root in as my new spiritual understanding grew.
The more I began to practice meditation, the more I began to look within, I realized that "awakening" is not so black & white, what if the truth is so simple that it has been inside of us this whole time? What if the truth of "awakening" is as simple as love and forgiveness? There are universal principles that every culture and creed share, a common trait in humanity, and that is the desire to feel loved, the desire to belong, the desire to be free. That is an inherent trait that comes from the heart and connects us all. No matter our political position, or our views on religion, we all ultimately want the same thing. There are just different approaches, different costumes in the play.
No matter what awaits us in the coming months, I wish you all a happy and healthy new year as we welcome the new cycle of time and the blossoming of human consciousness, however gradual or spontaneous it is. The real battle is fought within, the real awakening is a very personal experience tailored to fit each and every one of us in our own unique way.

Hong Kong joins UBS Libor rigging probe as US charges two ex-traders at bank with conspiracy to manipulate rate
Hong Kong is to investigate possible Libor rigging by UBS, a day after the Swiss bank agreed to pay £940m to regulators for trying to manipulate the key rate on an "epic scale" and two former traders at the bank were charged with conspiracy.

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the city's de facto central bank, said it has received information from overseas regulators about "possible misconduct" by UBS involving submissions for the city's interbank rate, known as Hibor, and other reference rates in Asia.
UBS was fined by Swiss, British and US regulators on Wednesday after an investigation revealed evidence of massive misconduct in the setting of the London interbank offered rate (Libor), a global reference that affects trillions of dollars of loans and mortgages.
The penalty is the second-largest banking fine ever.
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority said it had "commenced an investigation to assess whether the potential misconduct had any material impact on Hibor, which is considered a key benchmark interest rate for economies in the region.
It will work with overseas regulators to gather information and "consider further actions that need to be taken" pending the findings of the investigation.
Tom Alexander William Hayes, 33-year-old British former Tokyo-based trader, and Roger Darin, a Switzerland-based managing director responsible for the bank’s Libor submissions, were both charged with conspiracy, the US Justice Department said.
They are the first to face criminal charges in the investigation into Libor manipulation by global regulators.
Mr Hayes was also charged with wire fraud and a "price-fixing violation arising from his collusive activity with another bank to manipulate Libor".
He was one of three men arrested last week by the Serious Fraud Office in connection with its own investigation into Libor-rigging.
Mr Hayes, was described by the US investigators as one of UBS’s most successful yen derivatives traders and was said to have generated profits for the bank in the three years before he left in September 2009 of $236m. The size of his profits meant the banker could have earned anything up to $20m over the period based on the way banks pay their top traders.
UBS's fine is more than three times the £290m fine levied on Barclays in June for attempting to rig the Libor benchmark rate used to price financial contracts around the world.
It includes a £160m payment to the Financial Services Authority, the largest penalty ever levied by the British watchdog, $1.2bn paid to US authorities and a 59m Swiss franc 'disgorgement of profits' order from the Swiss.
As part of the settlement, UBS' Japanese arm has agreed to enter a plea to one count of wire fraud relating to the manipulation of certain benchmark interest rates, including yen Libor.
The steep fine for UBS is despite the bank, since 2011, co-operating with law-enforcement agencies in their probes. The bank said it received conditional immunity from some regulators.
In a statement on Wednesday, UBS said that certain personnel had "engaged in efforts to manipulate submissions for certain benchmark rates to benefit trading positions".
"Certain employees at the bank colluded with employees at other banks and cash brokers to influence certain benchmark rates to benefit their trading positions," UBS added.
The bank said that this conduct related to seven benchmark interest rates, although the nature and extent of the behaviour in question varied significantly from one currency to another.
UBS chief executive Sergio Ermotti said: “During the course of these investigations, we discovered behaviour of certain employees that is unacceptable. Their misconduct does not reflect the values of UBS nor the high ethical standards to which we hold every employee."
"We have co-operated fully with the authorities and taken decisive and appropriate actions to correct the issues and to strengthen our control processes and procedures," he added.
"We deeply regret this inappropriate and unethical behaviour. No amount of profit is more important than the reputation of this firm, and we are committed to doing business with integrity.”
The FSA said at least 45 people were involved in or were aware of the rigging and that the breaches occurred over a five-year period between January 2005 and December 2010.
The watchdog described the misconduct as "extensive and widespread", with at least 2,000 requests for inappropriate submissions documented and "unquantifiable" number of oral requests.
In its final notice to UBS, the FSA details some of the interactions, saying that "in the course of one campaign of manipulation", a UBS trader agreed with his counterpart that he would attempt to manipulate UBS' submissions in "small drops" in order to avoid arousing suspicion.
The FSA added that the "total disregard for proper standards by these traders and brokers" is clear from documented communications in which they referred to each other in "congratulatory and exhortatory terms" such as "the three muscateers [sic]", "superman" and "be a hero today".
In one example, the FSA quotes a UBS trader saying: “if you keep 6s [the six-month yen Libor rate] unchanged today ... I will [expletive] do one humongous deal with you ... Like a 50,000 buck deal, whatever ... I need you to keep it as low as possible ... if you do that ... I’ll pay you, you know, 50,000 dollars, 100,000 dollars ... whatever you want ... I’m a man of my word.”
Its final notice also revealed that UBS made "corrupt payments" of £15,000 per quarter to brokers to reward them for helping the Swiss bank manipulate interest rates.
Tracey McDermott, FSA director of enforcement and financial crime, said: “The findings we have set out in our notice today do not make for pretty reading."
"The integrity of benchmarks such as Libor and Euribor are of fundamental importance to both UK and international financial markets. UBS traders and managers ignored this," she added.
"They manipulated UBS’s submissions in order to benefit their own positions and to protect UBS’s reputation, showing a total disregard for the millions of market participants around the world who were also affected by Libor and Euribor. "

NCAI Launches Radio Ad Campaign to “Protect Native Money”
First round of Cobell settlement checks scheduled this week.
WASHINGTON, DC - On Monday the Indian Trust Settlement Administrator began issuing checks for the Cobell settlement to an estimated 400,000 American Indians who are Individual Indian Money (IIM) account holders. In an effort to raise awareness about the possibility of fraud and scams targeting these account holders the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) has released a Public Service Announcements (PSA) for radio stations as part of the organization’s Protect Native Money initiative.
“This settlement can benefit you, your family and your communities, but we must all be aware of the potential negative impacts. You or others may be a target for scams,” says NCAI’s Jefferson Keel in the radio PSA being distributed to Native American radio stations throughout the United States (click here to download). “Dishonest people know about the settlement and are figuring ways to take money from you. Be aware and be watchful. If you suspect a scam, you can contact your State’s Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection or your tribe.”
Keel and NCAI is also encouraging Native people to become educated and visit the organization’s site full of information on the issue at www.ncai.org/protectnativemoney. NCAI has also developed an “alert” with information for tribes to provide to their members (download here).
Keel closes the PSA by saying, “Remember, it’s your money, it’s Native money. Let’s keep it that way for generations to come.”
NCAI outlines specific ways in which recipients may be targeted. Individuals in these circumstances usually get mail, phone calls, and email with ideas for how to spend the money. For example, individuals or their family might get offers for new or used vehicles, credit card or loan offers, rent-to-own “deals”, or an advance on the money. The organization is encouraging individuals to determine how to save or spend their money, and to be wary of scams that encourage people to “Act Now!”, make big promises, offer no risk, or tell people to “keep it secret” referring to the offer.
NCAI says the best way to protect Native money is to make a plan, “take your time” when deciding how to spend the money”, ask questions, and talk to someone your trust.
The Cobell settlement payments, being made by the Indian Trust Settlement Administrator, will be distributed in two payments with the first being the $1,000 to everyone in the class. These payments are expected to be mailed on Monday December 17, 2012. The remaining payments will go out within six months of the first payment. $1.5 billion is slated for individuals in these initial payouts. $1.9 billion will go to repurchase fractionated interests over the next 10 years. A major number of the recipients are in Montana, North and South Dakota, Idaho, Washington, California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Minnesota.
NCAI has also learned that the court will issue an order this week appointing a "special master" to oversee the distribution of the funds with a focus on efforts to locate all eligible beneficiaries. Efforts will be made to reach out to tribes to help locate members who may be eligible but who may need to update their addresses.

UBS was ordered to pay about $1.5 billion to U.S., U.K. and Swiss regulators for trying to rig global interest rates, including Libor, over a six-year period. Regulators found that traders at the Zurich-based bank made more than 2,000 requests to its own rate submitters, traders at other banks and brokers to manipulate rate submissions through 2010.

Does Mayan calendar predict start of a new age?
Local astrologer says there will be a ‘global shift in awareness’

In the months leading up to this day that has spawned numerous movies and books, NASA says it has received more than 5,000 questions, many dealing with anxiety related to end-of-time fears.
The panic surrounds a 5,125-year calendar developed by the Mayans, an ancient, advanced civilization who resided in the present-day Mexican state of Yucatan and Guatemala, and were known for their astronomical observations and mathematical powers.
Professional astrologer, Steve Nelson, author of “The New World Cycle of Celebrations,” says that no traditional Mayan prophecies or present day Mayan elders predict calamity for the end of this calendar cycle.
Instead, what he says is predicted is a global shift in awareness, a transformation of consciousness such that the world may actually end as we know it on the psychic level.
Nelson, 65, who refers to himself as a cycles counselor, says that several cultural and mystical traditions converge in this time all portending the beginning of a new age. However, we must work to clear through the darkness that precedes this anticipated new era.
“As predicted, shadows crowd the dawn of this new time and these shadows include the fear that the world will end,” says Nelson, a Myers Park area resident who uses Jungian-based mythological astrology with his international clientele.
Nelson refers to the work of Carlos Barrios, a Mayan elder and ceremonial priest, who said anthropologists have misinterpreted Mayan texts and stated, “Other people write about prophecy in the name of the Maya. They say that the world will end in December 2012. The Mayan elders are angry with this. The world will not end. It will be transformed.
“We are no longer in the World of the Fourth Sun, but we are not yet in the World of the Fifth Sun. This is the time in-between, the time of transition. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing earth changes.” According to Nelson, most of these changes have already occurred.
Barrios says that Dec. 21, is the start date of the World of the Fifth Sun. This new era begins as the solar meridian crosses the galactic equator this year, i.e. when earth and sun align with the heart of the galaxy.
Nelson believes Charlotte is designed to play a special role in this new time. He says Charlotte’s founder, Thomas Polk, laid out the city in a 360-acre square that is the core of the “City of Revelation” as described in the book of Revelation.
According to the chart Nelson has prepared for the Queen City (est. 7 November, 1768), Charlotte is favored to be a leader in new forms of art, clean energy, banking and the healing arts. He believes Charlotte will play a significant role in renovating the global economic system during the next few years.
So, is there anything we can do to prepare for this predicted shift in consciousness?
Nelson notes that what happens to us on Dec. 21 and the weeks that follow depends on how we engage with this alignment. He says that from now to Dec. 24 is the time to shed karma to free life force energy.
The best way to hook up with the heart of the cosmos during this time, Nelson says, is go to a natural, geographical power spot at Winter Solstice Dec. 21-24. Local spots include the Grande Disc at the corner of Trade and Tryon (which is the exact center of Charlotte), the giant Indian Rock in The Ballantyne area and the energy vortex at Sacred Grove Retreat in Gold Hill. Once there, do clockwise turns, following the path of the sun to open to the new light.
“We’re being called now to let go the trappings of the old world so we can move into the new,” said Nelson. “The more we shed the old the easier and more rewarding this shift will be.”

UBS Said to Face $1.6 Billion Libor Penalty This Week
UBS AG (UBSN) is set to pay as much as $1.6 billion to settle claims of Libor manipulation by the U.S. Justice Department, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.K. Financial Services Authority and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, said a person familiar with the probes.
As part of the case, U.S. prosecutors are planning to file charges against multiple bankers associated with UBS’s rigging of Tokyo interbank lending rates, according to another person with knowledge of the matter. The charges would be the first brought by the Department of Justice against individuals alleged to have manipulated Libor and comparable lending rates in Europe and Japan.
The prosecution is slated to begin in tandem with an announcement that UBS Securities Japan Ltd., the Japanese unit of the Zurich-based bank, would plead guilty to manipulating Japanese interest rates starting in 2007, said the person, who asked not to be named because the matter is private.

Christoph Meier, a Zurich-based spokesman for UBS, Liam Parker, a spokesman for the FSA, and Tobias Lux, a spokesman for the Swiss financial markets regulator, declined to comment on the settlement amount.Karina Byrne, a spokeswoman for UBS, said last week in an e-mail: “We continue to work closely with various regulatory authorities to resolve issues relating to the setting of certain global benchmark interest rates. As we are in active discussions with these authorities, we cannot comment further.”
Unlike the pending settlement with UBS, the Justice Department didn’t require Barclays to enter a guilty plea to a specific charge. In deciding against a charge last June, prosecutors praised Barclays’ “timely, voluntary and complete disclosure of facts.”
UBS has been “granted conditional leniency or conditional immunity” by the Justice Department’s antitrust division, in connection with potential antitrust violations related to submissions for interbank lending rates in Tokyo, according to the Swiss bank’s most recent annual report.
U.S. Guidelines
According to Justice Department guidelines, a corporation can secure favorable treatment from prosecutors if it’s the first to pledge full cooperation in an antitrust investigation. In order to win that leniency, however, the corporation has to include an admission that it was part of an antitrust conspiracy, and help identify other participants in the scheme.One year ago, Japanese regulators sanctioned UBS’s Japanese operations, curtailing the bank’s ability to participate in the Tokyo interbank derivative market for a week, and ordering the bank to improve its regime of compliance and internal controls.
Last week, a former Citigroup Inc. trader was among three people detained in the first U.K. arrests as part of the global Libor probes, according to two people familiar with the matter.
Thomas Hayes, a former trader at UBS and Citigroup, was arrested by the Serious Fraud Office and City of London Police, said the people, who asked not to be identified citing the continuing investigation.
The other two men arrested worked at brokerage firm RP Martin Holdings Ltd., according to one of the people and a third person familiar with the investigation, who also requested anonymity. The employees are Terry Farr and Jim Gilmour, people with knowledge of the investigation said. They were later released on bail.

The earth is too important to end by the hands of the cabal. They had their time, its now over. Some are still in denial of that and attempt to retrain that control, and lash out at those who with brave courage have exposed them. The energies now present prevent the cabal from reasserting control through their lies, illusions and technologies. It is affecting their very mental abilities, plans, and in many cases causing declining health in those who persist in the old ways. Just look at them. They are not well. How that turns out for the cabal is still in their choice, its the old evolutionary issue, adapt and evolve or become irrelevant. Divine Source loves all, but also allows free will. This Friday will be the long talked-about Mayan etc. December 21st, 2012 end of the world date. When that date comes and goes, it will be time to examine forensically exactly who was behind the various Nibiru, Planet X, photon belt, rapture etc. stories that all predicted the death of 80% or more of all humans. We need to do this because a very real plot to start World War 3 and a fake end-times did exist and, although the plot has been stopped, many extremely dangerous mass murderers behind this satanic scheme still walk the corridors of power in the West.
The purge of the over 26 pentagon generals who [redacted?] and the fall of the Bush family are just a start. We need to deal with the rest of the cabal in order to make sure that humanity will never again be enslaved.
To help carry out this process, this week we will provide detailed forensic intelligence on some of the still-active cabalists and their on-the-ground agents. We would also like to report extremely good, very concrete news on the new financial system, but loose lips sink ships so we cannot give out much detail yet.
Since many of the top cabalists, like the Rockefellers and Rothschilds are well known, we will concentrate on people who were directly involved in fighting against the White Dragon spokesperson. In Japan, the first people who began threatening, trying to drug and trying to kill me were self-described Ninja’s sent to me by former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi’s Finance Minister Heizo Takenaka. Their names are Shiramine and Tenzan Nakai. Shiramine threatened to kill me and Nakai tried to get me to drink a glass of orange juice spiked with amphetamines so he could ruin my image by filming me stoned.
Later an agent then going by the name of Slasha Zaric but now going by the name Alexander Romanov came to me with 70 kilos of marijuana laced with mind-destroying chemicals. The marijuana was delivered to Romanov by a South African using the name Spencer. Spencer, who is linked to MI6, says MI6 was fooled into sending Zaric to me by the CIA and says the spiked marijuana came from a man named Rodriguez (now dead) who was the former right-hand man of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. Steve McLure, the “music journalist” who talked me into taking a line of cocaine while being secretly filmed also got his cocaine from the same ultimate CIA route.
This brings us to Tom Clines of Iran Contra South American drugs-for-weapons fame because his is the name dropped by Neil Keenan when he first contacted me.
MI6 asset Dr. Michael Van de Meer once warned me that former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair had bragged to him that I was going to be jailed on drug charges. Recall that Blair, together with George Bush Jr. both went to the pope to ask for protection and convert to Catholicism after leaving office.
Since that takes us to the Vatican, let us then return to the incident in Chiasso, Italy where two Japanese, Akihiko Yamaguchi and Tsuyoshi Watanabe, had $134.5 billion worth of bonds seized from them by the Italian police. After the bonds were seized, self-described Italian P2 lodge “prince” and heir Leo Zagami introduced Daniel Dal Bosco as a Vatican banker who could cash the bonds.
Neil Keenan was also involved because he was given an additional 1 trillion worth of bonds to hand over to Dal Bosco for cashing. [Didn't Neil Keenan say they were stolen? -AK] Dal Bosco was then closely followed until the trail ended with the UN offering Dal Bosco $100 million to go away. Also, out popped a rival group calling itself the OITC, using David Sale as a spokesperson, claiming that it had the historical rights to the bonds.
At this point Peter Hans Kolvenbach [the retired Jesuit "Black Pope" now living in Syria -AK], the Agnelli Brothers, Giancarlo Bruno, Vincenzo Mazzara, the Orsini family, Baron Thyssen [Prescott Bush was WWII finance man for Fritz Thyssen's holdings in N. America -AK], Carl Rove, David Eisenhower and a whole bunch of characters straight from central casting pop out.
Then, when the money still did not flow from Asia to the cabal, Japan was attacked on March 11, 2011 with nuclear weapons placed on the seabed to cause a tsunami and timed with the destruction of the Fukushima nuclear plant with a micro-nuke planted by the Israeli company Magna BSP. J. Rockefeller, Yasuhiro Nakasone, Ichiro Ozawa, Benjamin Netanyahu, Leo Zagami and Peter Hans Kolvenbach have all been forensically linked with this attack. When this mass murder still did not force the Asians to fork over more money, multiple attempts, all stopped by the Pentagon, were made to start World War 3.
There has also been a rash of murders and murder attempts. Some of the victims have been Japanese finance ministers and ambassadors as well as Dr. Van de Meer. The Van de Meer murder has been linked to David Eisenhower and the Bushes. None of these murders has caused the funds to flow.
There have also been murder attempts. On March 10th, the night before the attack, an attempt to poison me was made by yet another self-described Ninja linked to J. Rockefeller. Alexander Romanov also survived an assassination attempt that day. The next poisoning attack against me, when I was stabbed with a poisoned needle in June of this year, has been traced to a North Korean agent by the name of Mutsuaki Okubo, according to Chinese sources.
My suggestion is to round all these people up and start questioning them if they do not voluntarily come forward to confess.
Meanwhile, the Cabalists now seem to have split into two opposing camps. The Rockefellers and the pope are hoping to arrest the Rothschild family and dethrone the Queen, according to Neil Keenan.
Keenan, who has just returned from Indonesia, meanwhile, succeeded in photographing the, until now, legendary bunkers full of cash and gold that are there. The photos can be seen at this link:
Nonetheless, Keenan has still not been able to actually start dispersing any of the funds because he is still being blocked at some mysterious level. The man who was supposed to help him remains in jail in Indonesia.
This writer was also shown bunkers full of gold and cash last week but I have not been given permission to publish any photographs of them. However, we believe that the new government in Japan and the soon-to-be new government in Korea will coordinate with the new bosses in China and the re-elected Obama government to release a flood of money to the people of the world soon. We would like to believe it will happen in time for the December 25th solar new year celebration known as Christmas.
However, that depends on all the players giving up selfish thoughts.
