The latest release of Edward Snowden’s leaked NSA documents includes a PowerPoint from a British communications department regarding online covert operations and deception. A few of the slides inexplicably include pictures of UFOs.

The documents were released by The Intercept, a website created to report on NSA documents provided by Snowden. The presentation with the UFO pictures was created by the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ). It is titled “The Art of Deception: Training for a New Generation of Online Covert Operations.”

Over the last several weeks, I worked with NBC News to publish a series of articles about “dirty trick” tactics used by GCHQ’s previously secret unit, JTRIG (Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group). These were based on four classified GCHQ documents presented to the NSA and the other three partners in the English-speaking “Five Eyes” alliance. Today, we at the Intercept are publishing another new JTRIG document, in full, entitled “The Art of Deception: Training for Online Covert Operations.”

By publishing these stories one by one, our NBC reporting highlighted some of the key, discrete revelations: the monitoring of YouTube and Blogger, the targeting of Anonymous with the very same DDoS attacks they accuse “hacktivists” of using, the use of “honey traps” (luring people into compromising situations using sex) and destructive viruses. But, here, I want to focus and elaborate on the overarching point revealed by all of these documents: namely, that these agencies are attempting to control, infiltrate, manipulate, and warp online discourse, and in doing so, are compromising the integrity of the internet itself.

Among the core self-identified purposes of JTRIG are two tactics: (1) to inject all sorts of false material onto the internet in order to destroy the reputation of its targets; and (2) to use social sciences and other techniques to manipulate online discourse and activism to generate outcomes it considers desirable. To see how extremist these programs are, just consider the tactics they boast of using to achieve those ends: “false flag operations” (posting material to the internet and falsely attributing it to someone else), fake victim blog posts (pretending to be a victim of the individual whose reputation they want to destroy), and posting “negative information” on various forums.

The UFO pics are found on slides 35 – 37, in a section called “Influence and Information Operations.” It is difficult to decipher why they are there, except perhaps to discuss online memes, or misidentifications. The Daily Grail speculates that the images may be there for reasons “from pointing out people’s belief systems, through to them possibly being part of actual psychological operations (psy-ops).”

The pictures include a UFO photograph from Redbud, Illinois taken in 1950, a screenshot of a UFO video captured by Arturo Robles Gil in Mexico, and a picture of an alleged UFO that is suspected to simply be a bird and its droppings.

Perhaps now that the document is online someone will come forward with an idea as to why the UFO pictures are included in the presentation. We’ll update you when we learn more.

Molecular Biologist Explains How THC Completely Kills Cancer Cells

Cannabinoids refer to any of group of related compounds that include cannabinol and the active constituents of cannabis. They activate cannabinoid receptors in the body. The body itself produces compounds called endocannabinoids and they play a role in many processes within the body that help to create a healthy environment. I think it’s also important to note that cannabis has been shown to treat cancer without any psychoactive effects.

Cannabinoids have been proven to reduce cancer cells as they have a great impact on the rebuilding of the immune system. Although not every strain of cannabis has the same effect, more and more patients are seeing success in cancer reduction in a short period of time by using cannabis. Contrary to popular belief, smoking cannabis does not assist a great deal in treating disease within the body as therapeutic levels cannot be reached through smoking. Creating oil from the plant or eating the plant is the best way to go about getting the necessary ingredients, the cannabinoids.

The world has come a long way with with regards to accepting this plant as a medicine rather than a harmful substance. It’s a plant that could benefit the planet in more ways than one. Cannabis is not something offered in the same regard as chemotherapy, but more people are becoming aware if it, which is why it’s so important to continue to spread information like this. Nobody can really deny the tremendous healing power of this plant.

Scientists Claim To Have Found Proof Of Extraterrestrial Life

Scientists at the University of Sheffield and the University of Buckingham claim to have made a fascinating discovery, which proves the existence of extraterrestrial life.

The above images are of a body that was found in the stratosphere, recorded with an electron microscope. The body was found by a scientific balloon at an altitude of 27 kilometers from the Earth’s surface and this, according to the scientists, proves that it cannot have originated from our planet. These microbes have probably come from somewhere else.

The Sheffield scientists say such relatively large and dense particles could not have remained at those heights for more than six hours, making it even less likely they were lofted into the stratosphere by some earthly force.

Furthermore, the scientists say the particle is remarkably free of soil or any other solid material, suggesting it came from a watery environment, not volcanic debris.

“Most would suggest that these particles simply have drifted to the stratosphere from Earth. Yet, it is commonly accepted that an organism of this size is impossible to reach an altitude of 27 km. The only exception is a violent volcanic eruption, but nothing like that was recorded during the three years of our research,” said Milton Wainwright, Professor of Molecular Biology at the University.

The team of Professor Wainwright sent a research balloon in the Earth’s stratosphere during the most recent meteor showers.

“As there is no other mechanism that can carry such particles to the stratosphere, we can conclude that these entities came from the outer space. Our conclusion is that life continues arriving to Earth from space, that it is not limited to this planet and probably was not born here. If life is still coming from Space then we have to change our views about biology and evolution. The books should be rewritten!” added Professor Wainwright.

The balloon was equipped with special microscopes that were recording images between 22 km and 27 km from the Earth’s surface. When it landed, scientists discovered that it had recorded unusual entities in the stratosphere, which were too large to have traveled there from Earth.

As the scientists summarize in their paper, “We argue for its incidence from space, with a probable origin in the watery environment of a comet. We are content to claim that diatom fragment isolated during these studies has an extraterrestrial origin.”

Ron Paul launches clemency petition for Edward Snowden

Former Texas congressman Ron Paul has announced a petition aiming to secure clemency for Edward Snowden, the National Security Agency whistleblower who revealed extensive US surveillance programs and ignited a national debate on Americans’ privacy.

In a video released Thursday on the Ron Paul Channel, an online network the libertarian started last summer, he calls on supporters to sign the petition in an attempt to bring Snowden home to the US safely before his temporary visa in Russia expires in July.

“Edward Snowden sacrificed his livelihood, citizenship, and freedom by exposing the disturbing scope of the NSA's worldwide spying program,” he said. “Thanks to one man's courageous actions, Americans know about the truly egregious ways their government is spying on them.”

Paul worked as a physician before serving in Congress intermittently in the 1970s and 1980s then again from 1997 until 2013. He is best known for his libertarian positions, which often put him at odds with members of the Republican party. Paul has repeatedly lent public support to Snowden since the former NSA contractor came forward to admit he leaked classified documents to journalists affiliated with the Guardian and the Washington Post.

“By signing this petition, you are telling the US government that Mr. Snowden deserves the right to come home without the fear of persecution or imprisonment,” the website stated.

Paul's announcement comes one day after his son, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), filed a lawsuit against US President Obama and the NSA seeking to stop its collection of phone metadata. The younger Paul said his class-action suit is in response to the intelligence agency's violation of the Fourth Amendment, which requires law enforcement authorities to obtain a judicial warrant before conducting a search or seizure.

“There's a huge and growing swell of protest in this country of people who are outraged that their records are being taken without suspicion, without a judge's warrant, and without individualization,” Paul said. “I'm not against the NSA, I'm not against spying, I'm not against looking at phone records. I just want you to go to a judge, have an individual's name and [get] a warrant. That's what the Fourth Amendment says.” 

Yet the senator, who shares many of his father's libertarian positions and like his father is expected to mount a presidential campaign of his own in 2016, does not share Ron Paul's stance on clemency for Snowden.

“I don't think Edward Snowden deserves the death penalty or life in prison. I think that's inappropriate. And I think that's what he faced,” Paul told CBS last month. “I think the only way he's coming home is if someone would offer him a fair trial with a reasonable sentence.”

DNA Results For The Nephilim Skulls In Peru Are In And The Results Are Absolutely Shocking

How can we explain elongated skulls that are thousands of years old that contain genetic material “unknown in any human, primate or animal known so far”?  For months, many of us have been eagerly awaiting the results of the first DNA tests to ever be performed on the famous Paracas skulls.

The results for one of the skulls are now in, and the scientist that did the testing is declaring that this skull represents a “new human-like creature” unlike anything that has ever been discovered before.  So are these actually Nephilim skulls?  Do they come from a time when the world more closely resembled “the Lord of the Rings” than most people living today would ever dare to imagine?  There are those who believe that extremely bizarre hybrid races once roamed the planet.

With each passing year, the scientific evidence continues to pile up on the side of those that are convinced that the Nephilim actually lived among us.  As the knowledge of this evidence becomes more widespread, what is that going to do to the commonly accepted version of history that all of us have been taught?

If you are not familiar with the Paracas skulls, the following is a pretty good summary from a recent article by April Holloway…

Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Inca Region, on the south coast of Peru.  It is here were Peruvian archaeologist, Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery in 1928 – a massive and elaborate graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world. These have come to be known as the ‘Paracas skulls’. In total, Tello found more than 300 of these elongated skulls, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years. A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and expert Brien Foerster has released preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls.

As Holloway noted, it is researcher Brien Foerster that has been leading the charge in reviving interest in these elongated skulls.  Now that the DNA results are in, interest in these skulls is almost certainly going to skyrocket.  The following quote from the geneticist that conducted the DNA analysis comes from Brien Foerster’s Facebook page.  Please keep in mind that this geneticist was not told the history of these skulls in advance.  So he was able to examine them without any preconceived notions.  What he found was absolutely shocking…

Whatever the sample labeled 3A has came from – it had mtDNA with mutations unknown in any human, primate or animal known so far. The data is very sketchy though and a LOT of sequencing still needs to be done to recover the complete mtDNA sequence. But a few fragments I was able to sequence from this sample 3A indicate that if these mutations will hold we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.

As I have written about previously, forensic analysis of these skulls show that they were not deformed by “cradle-boarding”.  There are many examples of skulls that have been “cradle-boarded” down in South America, but the skulls that Foerster has been investigating are much different from those skulls.  The following is more from April Holloway about these skulls…

The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening. They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls’ features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades.

In fact, in a previous article I discussed how a sample of red hair from one of these skulls was sent to a lab to be analyzed.  The tests on that sample of hair also showed that these skulls are not human.
Or at least they are not fully human.

So can we conclusively say that these are Nephilim skulls?

Of course many researchers are extremely excited about these findings, but they are warning everyone to stay cautious.  For example, consider what L.A. Marzulli is saying about these skulls…

Our Geneticist has had his mind blown as the email indicates, but we must be cautious with our conclusions until all the evidence can be examined.
With that in mind, take a good look at the two skulls in the picture above.  I took this photo when I returned to the Chongos Necropolis a few weeks ago.  The skull on the left shows only one parietal plate and a complete absence of a parietal suture.   Is this a genetic trait that is only found in the Paracas skulls?  If so, what does it signify?
Chongos is one of the most enigmatic places I have ever found myself in.  On this visit to the area we were accompanied by the mayor and an armed escort!   Chongos is where the sample for the DNA testing and the subsequent results I posted above, has come from.
Are these really Nephilim skulls?  In my opinion, the evidence is beginning to stack up in that direction, but we must be cautious and patient for all the evidence to come in.

Thousands of rogue bankers sacked since financial crisis

Almost six thousand bankers, brokers and financial advisers in Britain have been sacked or suspended for dishonest or reckless conduct since the start of the financial crisis.

Figures extracted from the Financial Conduct Authority under the Freedom of Information Act reveal that Britishbased banks and other authorised financial firms have forced out 5,873 rogue managers and staff since 2008 — which amounts to almost three every day for the past six years.

While the expulsion rate last year was down from 2012, when the Libor cheating scandal erupted, it is still higher than at the start of the financial crisis.

With 150,000 people in Britain now working in authorised roles in financial services, the figures show that one in 160 of them was booted out for wrongdoing last year. That is worse than the figure of one in 210 expelled in 2008.

Brooks Newmark, a Tory member of the Treasury Select Committee, said that the numbers were disappointing. “Given the opprobrium thrown at the banking community over the past five years, you’d think they’d be extra careful. The message isn’t getting through. Where is their moral compass?”

Danielle Paffard, co-founder of the Move Your Money campaign, said: “This is a huge number. It underlines how broken and dishonest the banking industry still is.”

Employers in financial services have to tell the FCA when someone is dismissed or suspended over wrongdoing considered to impinge on their fitness to work in finance, filling in a “qualified Form C” notice, which alerts regulators that the employee may not be suitable for City roles. Qualified Form C notices were issued in 939 cases last year, down from 1,373 in 2012, but up on the 803 in 2008. Over six years the average number of notices per year has been 979.

Kirsty Ayre, a partner with City lawyers Pinsent Masons, which gathered the data, said the offences ranged from the most serious, such as Libor offences, to the seemingly trivial, such as lying about having seen a document.

She said that the high numbers were partly down to banks wanting to be tougher in stamping out dishonesty: “People are keener to get rid of bad apples. I don’t think this is evidence of any increased malpractice.”

The numbers come on the eve of the bank reporting season, when the biggest banks are expected to reveal even higher costs of mis-selling scandals such as payment protection insurance.

The bill for mis-sold PPI has reached £22 billion after Lloyds last week increased its estimate of the cost to it alone to £9.8 billion. Barclays is expected tomorrow to unveil a drop of about £1.5 billion in annual profit to £5.5 billion, mainly because of redress over a string of scandals.

Tomorrow Sir Richard Lambert, the former Director-General of the CBI, is due to publish a report on the creation of a professional body to champion higher standards and qualifications in banking. The Parliamentary Banking Standards Commission has already recommended a new system for approving senior bankers, and the Government has agreed to introduce legislation that could pave the way for reckless senior bankers to be jailed.

There are growing concerns that investigations into the manipulation of foreign exchange rates could be the next scandal to convulse the industry.

 

The Ground Breaking Mathematics That Proves Free Energy Is Possible Has Been Discovered

It has been said that the ability to prove that free energy is possible is non-existent because it defies various physical laws. But what if those physical laws are not entirely correct? What if the mathematics that proves the possibility of free energy was just not known, suppressed or hidden? In the video below, Randy Powell discusses Vortex Based Mathematics, which is a concept he was taught by Marko Rodin. He suggests that this mathematics proves that free energy is possible.

On a side note, I remember hearing at one time in the last few years (in a video interview) that there was about 25 equations that help to prove the existence of systems such as free energy, and these 25 equations were purposely suppressed and removed from educational institutions. Unfortunately I have not been able to locate the source of this claim and so it sits as nothing but a memory of once coming across it. If anyone reading this happens to know what I’m talking about, please let me know in the comments.

Free Energy Research

At first glance it might be easy to brush this off as not being possible since one of the main objections going around about free energy is that it simply is not possible. This rumor is spreading with no real evidence and therefore it is important to look into the evidence that does exist to support it. Below will be one example followed by an article which illustrates many examples.

The Casimir Effect is a proven example of free energy. The Casimir Effect illustrates zero point or vacuum state energy, which predicts that two metal plates close together attract each other due to an imbalance in the quantum fluctuations. You can see a visual demonstration of this concept here. The implications of this are far reaching and have been written about extensively within theoretical physics by researchers all over the world. Today, we are beginning to see that these concepts are not just theoretical, but instead very practical and simply very suppressed.

Relatively recent proposals have been made in the literature for extracting energy and heat from electromagnetic zero-point radiation via the use of the Casimir force. The basic thermodynamics involved in these proposals is analyzed and clarified here, with the conclusion that yes, in principle, these proposals are correct.
