Embracing Our Darkness: We Don’t Always Have to Be Happy

It is better to be whole than to be good.” ~John Middleton Murray

Discouragement is usually an unwelcome guest. Every time it comes knocking on my door, I try to shoo it away or sweep it under the rug.

In fact, many of us want nothing more than for happiness to be our constant state of being, and have a hard time forgiving ourselves when we falter.

It happens: We can get immersed in the thick of discouragement for days, feeling mopey, downtrodden, physically, mentally, and emotionally “burnt out” and all in all “not ourselves.”

When I am in this state, I avoid the page, others, and even my own feelings, not wanting to face the dark and shadowy sides of my own being.

Though it doesn’t always coincide with the external weather, I can feel rainy inside my own experience and mind from time to time, and I usually struggle against this feeling, only making it worse.

I am so adamant about being a positive person and believe that shining brightly is far preferable to feeling crummy. I think many of us share this tendency toward wanting to hold onto the light—but then, what do we do with our inner storms?

Where do we get this notion that to be our truest and most beautiful selves we have to always be happy, elated, content, and sure of ourselves?

Why do we believe that we must feel confident and inspired, have all the answers, and be buoyant in order to be our best, or at least to “be okay”?

We are only human after all, and nothing in our instruction manuals or in our description before we were born promises that we will always be perfect and shiny. Yet, we carry this unrealistic pressure on ourselves to be so and often berate ourselves for falling short any time a bad mood strikes.

It’s tempting to only put our best foot forward. For example, on Facebook, we can often share our sunshine-y moments proudly but may be less apt to proclaim as boldly when we are feeling negative.
If not for wanting to hide our own seemingly fruitless negativity from others and even ourselves, we might also fear spreading the bad mood to others.

We often forget that it actually gives others joy to be able to help, and it is often necessary to reach out, since “joy shared is doubled and grief shared is halved.”

So today, how can you begin to admit or even embrace times when you may feel discouraged?

In my life, I am beginning to acknowledge that it is just as natural to feel insecure, scared, and to want to curl up in bed in the fetal position as it is natural to sometimes feel peaceful, excited, or happy.

I am even on my way to embracing all these states equally, and not trying to change my sadness or force it to be something it’s not.

Sadness needs to be accepted. It needs to be loved, and cuddled, and caressed, and crooned: “It’s okay, sadness, I see you, I love you, I respect and honor you, and I will let you be.”

It almost always feels a bit better just by being given the space to be allowed and received. Sometimes, as soon as I get on the phone with someone who cares, all the tears I didn’t let myself cry start spilling out of me, because in simply being witnessed, it is like the person actually reached out to give me the warmest hug.

It’s important to appreciate ourselves similarly for all our aspects and to forgive ourselves for even the lowest facets of our self.

Guilt, shame, and self-flagellation—these don’t actually correct the wrongs or make you a better person, they just reinforce the dark emotions even more strongly.

So, instead of beating yourself up, negating or denying your sadness and grief, or trying to “fix” it, simply repeat to yourself the best words anyone ever told me “Be gentle with yourself.”

Give yourself a big strong hug, maybe even a kiss, and tell yourself how much you appreciate you—all of you, now in this moment and forever.

Is the government trying to break up JPMorgan?

Any doubt that the rules have changed for the way megabanks do business around the world should be removed now.

News over the weekend that regulators had launched a probe into JPMorgan Chase's hiring practices in China provide further evidence that too-big-to-fail banks are in the firing line.

The bank is suspected of hiring the children of a prominent Chinese officials in an effort to curry favor among officials there, according to reports first filed by The New York Times's DealBook blog. Peddling influence in China is hardly a new business trend.

Prosecuting big-league Wall Street banks for doing so is.

"The old argument that, gee, this is just business as usual—that's not a legitimate excuse for JPMorgan," said Chicago-based securities attorney Andrew Stoltmann. "Even if other companies are doing the same thing, JPMorgan still potentially may be liable."

Liable for exactly what, though, is the question.

After all, while it may be unethical, it's hardly illegal for financial institutions or funds to hire based on political or family connections. Doing so is practically standard operating procedure in China, and the entire global business community for that matter. (Chelsea Clinton, who was hired at $12 billion hedge fund Avenue Capital when she was 26, comes to mind.)

"It is not at all unusual for investment banks to hire well-connected people, including children of management of existing or potential clients, whether in China or in other countries," David Webb, a former investment banker and now an investor and analyst in Hong Kong, told the South China Morning Post.

The problem comes with intent.

"If there is an indirect kickback going on, for example, by paying a large bonus linked to the winning of business from the employee's father's company or the government, or even putting the child on the payroll without actually requiring him to work, then that could be corruption and should be investigated by the relevant authorities, including Hong Kong's ICAC if the offense took place here," Webb said.

The Post cited a handful of examples where well-heeled progeny landed plum spots with Chinese companies.

The specific cases the Securities and Exchange Commission is examining involve the daughter of a former railway official and the son of Tang Shuangning, a former regulator and now chairman of China Everbright Group. JPMorgan was one of a handful of banks looking to underwrite a planned capital rise by China Everbright.

While the case is potentially serious, it is still in the early stages; the SEC hasn't subpoenaed any actual documents but has only sent a request to JPMorgan to turn over information potentially relevant to the case.

But on a larger scale, this is only the most recent case of regulators training their sights on the top U.S. holding company by deposits, so suspicions of a witch hunt or fishing expedition are only natural.

The firm recently had two of its traders indicted in the "London Whale" case, in which the bank lost $6 billion on a bet that went awry.

"The United States government has made it a priority to break this company," said Dick Bove, vice president of equity research at Rafferty Capital Markets. "In my view, it wants the firm broken up and it wants the management changed. Every action that it has taken in the past few years is oriented toward this goal."

Bove alleged that there are "eight U.S. government agencies seeking ways to harm" JPMorgan and purposely leaked confidential documents to the Times as part of the effort, in which he believes the press also has been complicit.

"The government and the press are out to break up JPMorgan Chase," he said. "Its shareholders have a stake in this attack. They need to be careful."

Thus far, investors have taken a cautious view on the assault against JPM. Shares were down about 2 percent as of midday Monday and are down about 7 percent over the past 30 days, a period that has been rough on all the big banks.

With all of the coming actions, JPMorgan faces a $6.8 billion bill from future legal costs, above the level it has in reserves.

"It's the latest shot across the bow. Prosecutors are coming hard, regulators are coming hard," said Stoltmann, the securities lawyer.

"The SEC and regulators have come under blistering criticism for the lack of enforcement actions and criminal actions against bank and brokerage firm executives," he said. "So this seems to be the next best thing for regulators to do, which is look under every rock and see whether anything sticks."

Benjamin Fulford - August 19, 2013: Why the “just following orders” mentality allowed the fascists to take over the West

Notice to readers: This week we return to pre-written material as I finish my holiday outside of the digital information matrix. Next week I will be back in Tokyo and will report the latest news about the upcoming autumn offensive against the cabal.

Canada, on the surface, seems to be the same as it always was, liberal, laid back and tolerant. However, despite having an open minded, free thinking population, it is clear the Stephen Harper government still in power has a fascist agenda and needs to be removed. It has been engaged in a stealth move to slowly, slowly impose a totalitarian agenda. The signs of this, and they are no doubt repeated in other Western countries, are easy to spot if you have been living outside their information matrix.

For those who wish to do their own fact checking there is a way to show the West is ruled by a secret totalitarian regime. Take a look at the ownership control of the Fortune 500 companies that dominate the economy. It can all be traced, as can the ownership of the Federal Reserve Board and the 12 largest banking corporations to four entities: BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard and Fidelity. The ownership by a few families (the usual suspects like Rockefeller, Rothschild, Warburg, Morgan etc.) of most economic activity of course includes ownership of the media, text-book publishing and educational institutions of import. This control matrix will be systematically dismantled over the coming months and years.

To understand how the control matrix set up by these families works let us look at the mild version they run in Canada. The official Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and other corporate propaganda media outlets (remember fascism is the dictatorship of corporations) are the most obvious examples.

Reading their “newspapers” and watching or listening to their broadcasts you begin to enter a surreal world in which Russia’s Vladimir Putin is not a democratically elected leader but rather a tyrant, where Barak Obama does not represent a government that tortures and murders with impunity and where Al Qaeda is either an ally or an enemy depending on which country they are talking about.

Many of my otherwise well-educated and intelligent family and friends here seem to think, for example, that homosexuals (or whatever the latest politically correct label is) are jailed and persecuted in Russia. This is because of relentless and increasingly crude propaganda about a law that makes it illegal to promote homosexuality to minors. In the West, of course, there are severe jail terms and persecution in place for people who promote heterosexuality to minors (it is labeled pedophilia). In any case, the people who rely on corporate and government media (including much of my family) for information in Canada have been left with the untrue impression that homosexuals were being imprisoned and tortured in Russia. This is fascist propaganda at its most blatant.

The must surreal example I saw was an Ottawa, Canada reality show that follows police as they go about their work. In the show I saw police were seizing “unregistered weapons” from a “purse thief.”

The police in the report were saying the suspect was arrested for stealing a woman’s purse and that the firearms were found in a subsequent search of his house. The police said the man stole the purse and fled alone in a taxi. However, in the show the Taxi driver, speaking in accented English, unmistakably repeated that the woman who supposedly had her purse stolen from her house was with the suspect e entire time. The weapons were old ones the “suspect” had inherited. It was an obvious case of trumped up charges being used as a pretext to seize weapons. The propaganda was so crude the shows’ producers apparently did not realize the policeman was lying on air and that the taxi driver’s testimony proved it. If I try to talk to my family about such things or events like 911, they become extremely agitated and refuse to listen.

It is the sort of -you cannot believe it is happening in Canada- event that is becoming all to frequent. The media are lying, the government is falling into the hands of thugs and, people with a vested interest in the system are in denial.

Fortunately the control matrix set up by these families has a fatal flaw. Western civilization is extremely militarized in its organization. Military power structures are characterized by highly centralized control and command. People are trained to follow orders, obey rules and go along with the public agenda. While the “I was just following orders,” excuse was supposed to have been debunked at the Nuremberg trials, a more insidious system has now replaced it. People involved in the military and the agencies or in the corporate government repeatedly use the phrase “that is above my pay grade,” to shut their minds and concentrate on their immediate orders.

The implication is that the more money somebody gets paid, the more they are allowed to know. What happens though is that if you seize the tiny group of people who control the money distribution process then suddenly you are above the pay grade of all these order obeying aparatchiks.

Seen from outside of the West, what is happening now is that the European Union and the United States are bankrupt vis a vis the rest of the world. Or, more accurately speaking, the families that own the rights to print dollars and Euros are also bankrupt.

So, if the creditors to these people are willing (and they say they are) then the financial control mechanisms are about to change hands. The implications are historical. Whoever controls the money controls, first of all, the wages of all the military and agency personnel in Europe and the US. Secondly they will get control of the corporations and the corporate propaganda matrix. Thirdly they will get control of all the scientific and educational funding as well as the scientific and educational publishing (publish or perish and all that).

Needless to say replacing one secret group with another is not going to make any long term difference. Instead, we need to make the power transfer as public and transparent as possible without endangering innocent lives.

Finding a new way for our species to chart its future is what we will work on this autumn.

The Dark Side Of The Moon: What Is It? What’s On It?

What did Gary find? He found a list on “non-terrestrial off world officers” that had a rank. He was unable to tell if they represent the Air Force, Navy, Army, or neither. He also found multiple pictures of UFOs and lists of “fleet to fleet” transfers of materials from “ship to ship.” To watch a full interview with Gary McKinnon and Kerry Cassidy from Project Camelot, right before he started making headlines, you can click here. This interview became extremely popular and it led to Gary’s appearance on major mainstream news networks. Could they have been trying to divert attention away from this interview? I am glad to report that Gary has been recently cleared of all charges.

Not many people know that the United States Air Force has a space command(4), they are responsible for conducting “cyber operations” that the general public knows nothing about. Could Gary McKinnon have shed some light on these operations? How are we to ever know about these operations? All of them remain classified for the sake of “national security.”
The dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts, far outweigh the dangers that are cited to justify them. There is a very grave danger, that an announced need for an increased need for security, will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of censorship and official secrecy. This is not what I intend to permit, to the extent that it is in my control – JFK
Given that the above information is highly credible and verifiable, meaning that there actually was a remote viewing experiment conducted by Stanford University (and many others) involving Ingo Swann (2), and that Gary McKinnon did indeed perform one of the greatest military computer hacks of all time, it made sense to continuing exploring this topic.

Here is testimony given in 2001 at the National Press Club. As part of the disclosure project created by Dr. Steven Greer, hundreds of high ranking military personnel came forward to share their stories. Below are a couple of whistle-blowers that speak about the Moon. I urge you to check out  Dr Greer’s and Amardeep Kaleka’s recent film, the The Sirius Documentary. It touches upon some very important information.

So what do you think rests on the dark side of the Moon? For some to say that we never went to the Moon is ridiculous. Sure, some of the Moon landings that were televised could have been faked, but the fact remains, we have been to the Moon and the real thing probably wasn’t televised.
Thanks for reading, hopefully I’ve presented enough information for you to further your interest if interested. It’s a very fascinating subject with a lot more information on it than what is presented in this article.

I don’t know if this is real, but it fits in perfectly with the article. Regardless, it engages the imagination, especially for skeptics, which isn’t a bad thing.

Not All Channels Connect With Higher Divine Realms

Time for a little cleanup.
Whether it is being done knowingly or not this needs to be said.
As it is known we are in a world of duality and that extends into every nook and cranny.  Generally it’s not considered that this would include channeled sources.  But the truth is, it does.  Some sources are connecting with the higher realms and some are connecting with the archons.  The archons wish to disempower us and make us think we need them to save us.  By following this thought process of needing someone external to save us we freely give away our power to them.  There are a few easy ways to spot this type of channeling.
- You will have an odd feeling that doesn’t feel good.
- They will say we are coming to save you soon.
- They will not mention that you have a higherself.
- Parts of the message will praise you and other parts will make you think you need them to save you.
- These sources will also list dates many times that never happen and always give some excuse all to make you feel helpless and in fear.
True clear channels of higher sources would not include the above and always work to prop you up and show you your inner strength and abilities.
We claim we are system busters and that includes shining the light on all areas even our channels among us.
