The German court of auditors (Bundesrechnungshof) have demanded that the Bundesbank undertake an audit of its gold reserves.  In an 'audit-the-fed' style effort, the court wants to ensure that the nearly 3400 tons of gold is in fact in existence - 'because stocks have never been checked for authenticity and weight'.

Furthermore, the Bundesbank's gold is stored in three other vaults around the world: The Bank of England, The Bank of France, and the US Federal Reserve. The court questions the practice of relying on a written confirmation from the custodians (foreign central banks). The decision means negotiating with the three foreign central banks for physical verification but in anticipation, the Bundesbank has begun the process of shipping 50 tons per year from the Fed back to Germany for the next three years.

Germany has the second largest gold reserves in the world, nearly 3400 tons. Supposedly, anyway. Because stocks have never been checked for authenticity and weight. Now, the Federal Court has asked the Bundesbank to examine the gold reserves abroad regularly.

The German central bank gold is safely stored in vaults in Frankfurt, New York, Paris and London. Checked really but apparently no one. The Federal Court has the Bundesbank now anyway required regular inspection and inventory of the vast gold reserves abroad. The auditors explain this in a report on Monday has become known to the budget committee of the Bundestag with the "high value of gold holdings."

The samples stored at other German banks stocks were also never by the Bundesbank itself or by other independent auditors "added physically and for authenticity and weight" checked. Actually talk on the subject numerous theories - so should the U.S. gold reserves at Fort Knox have long been looted.

The Bundesbank has on the USA's second largest gold reserves in the world. End of 2011 there were 3396 tons, worth 133 billion euros. After the soaring price of gold is likely to reach about 142 billion euros currently even. Secures the gold bars by the Bundesbank in own vaults in Frankfurt as well as at three bearing points abroad: The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank in New York, Bank of France in Paris and the Bank of England in London.

Bundesbank gets tons of gold from New York

The Court had determined the order of the Bundestag that the Federal Bank reviews its overseas gold reserves stored exactly. It is disputed whether the Bundesbank experienced for years practice sufficient to rely only on a written confirmation to the gold bars by the foreign central banks.

The Court recommends that the Bundesbank to negotiate with the three foreign central banks the right to physical verification of stocks. With the implementation of this recommendation, the Bundesbank has begun according to the report. They also decided to bring in the next three years to 50 tons each of the past at the Fed in New York gold to Germany to get it here to undergo a thorough examination. In the report, several points are blackened. In effect, the paper is not clear exactly how much gold is in which foreign central bank.

The information held in the Federal Bank headquarters holdings consist of 82,857 according to the report bullion stored mostly in sealed containers with 50 bars, which are kept in four separate locked safe boxes. Part of it (6183 bar) stored on open shelves, therefore in a separate vault - the so-called gold chamber. To secure the gold it says in the report: "The vault closure is double, the inner seals and the gold chamber under a triple lock."

In order to understand the resurgence of the divine feminine, we have to go the basics of science. ‘Feminine and Masculine’ energy is another way of saying ‘Negative and Positive’ energy. There can be no light without the balance of both. Most would agree that we live with an overbearing emphasis for positive energy - so much so it has falsely become synonymous with happiness. I would go as far as to say, the conscious community is misguided in seeking only positive energy, inadvertently searching for truth through the lens of a masculine paradigm.

A deeper analysis of the attributes of male and female energies reveal that male (positive) energy travel in straight lines. It is the energy with potential to become anything, i.e. energy in its unmanifest form. It is the light of consciousness that thinks, knows and imagines everything, but has yet to come into physical existence.  Do you, or anyone you know, spend a lot of time experimenting with positive thinking, laws of attraction and visualizations, yet often feel frustrated with the results? This is because light by itself needs a source and a refractive surface to become visible like the green in trees - and that physical surface is the negative aspect, the feminine. In its pure form light/consciousness is filled with unlimited potential but doesn’t have the landing power until its met with the physical/body.  All things manifest into physical form are female energy or negative energy.

The experience of life is essentially the interplay of male and females energies (which further splits into eight signature frequencies of energy known as the LumenOctave or Octave of Light). The tipping of human consciousness towards the positive end of the spectrum is prevalent in a multitude of aspects. Think of corporations being driven solely by the bottom line, constantly pushing positive results; any indications of a downturn are considered taboo. School systems are structured around positive reinforcement that values perfect regurgitation of information. Creative thought, avant-garde research and development, as well as lateral thinking are viewed as mere secondary attributes of human culture. For the majority on the path of human socio-cultural success, the cultivation of these energies is deterred. Moreover, the bulk of the spiritual dogma is "higher self"-centric with heavy emphasis on activating the pineal gland, opening the third eye, visualizations, remote viewing, astral projections and achieving higher states through "out of body”-experiences.

We are all too familiar with the syndrome of the "ideas man". The one who "talks the big game", yet when it comes down to actually delivering shows little results.  Over-use of the higher faculties of the mind (the crown, the pineal and pituitary glands) heightens the reception of inspiration and thought from the higher dimensions, but offers little knowledge about the process of executing these inspirations within the physical reality.  In order to materialize, the amazing visions intuited by the higher faculties, the glands and organs in the lower parts of the body hold the key, e.g. adrenal gland, prostate/womb region and the rectum to name a few.

The resurgence of the divine feminine is about to change the world as we know it 

The dawning of the divine feminine is the breakthrough in consciousness bringing humanity to the aperture of the vast knowledge stored within the body. With this incredible knowledge follows instructions on how to use the tools we have been given to experience the light of our soul from a full spectrum stand point . Thus, the ascension that we talk about is not ascension at all. It is a de-scension. A decension into the body, into the sensational experience. As above so below. This is the great paradox of life: The only way up is down. So we stand here at the brink - daring to correct the myths and false assumptions of this radical time in our evolution. • Duff has footage of an Earth-built UFO, flying at 300 feet with a surface temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit, accelerating in the low atmosphere to 16,000 MPH with no change in temperature. Outside the atmosphere, he was officially told that they can approach light speed.

• There is an advanced method of power generation, a "dense plasma, hydrogen-boron fusion reactor that produces enough waste electricity out of something the size of a basketball to equal the power produced by nuclear plant -- and it costs about $70,000 to build."

• The reason this technology is not being released is because it would collapse the hydrocarbon economy. There's also the "Malthusian" issue: it would allow all nations endless free electricity, endless purified water, endless industrialization, endless desalinized seawater; such that the world population would move from what it is now, generally thought to be 7 billion people to 25 billion in about one generation. To some people, that would be considered "unsustainable."

It is my opinion that part of these new revelations that are about to come out will involve the difficult reality that our planet, and all of humanity, have been under the control of a very negative extraterrestrial/extradimensional influence. Ben Bernanke Wants to Resign

US Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will most likely step down from his position in January 2014, even if President Barack Obama stays for a second term, according to friends of the chairman.

Bernake’s future uncertainty has caused the president to start thinking of replacements, should he be reelected, the New York Times reported. At the top of Obama’s list is Lawrence Summers, who served as Treasury Secretary from 1999 to 2001. Under Obama, Summers was the Director of the White House United States National Economic Council until November 2010.

Bernanke has declined to comment publicly about whether or not he would accept a third term. The Federal Reserve chairman has served under President George W. Bush and was granted a second term by the Obama administration.

“I am very focused on my work, I don’t have any decision or any information to give you on my personal plans,” he said at a news conference in September.

If he chooses to step down, he would leave open a second position considered among the most powerful in the nation: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner already announced that he would resign in 2014.

“That would be a one-two punch, with two of the most important jobs in the nation up for grabs,” wrote New York Times columnist Andrew Sorkin.

Even if Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney wins the presidency, Bernanke would not have the chance to remain in office. Romney has already announced that he would not re-nominate the current Federal Reserve chairman. Opponents of the Obama administration, including Republicans and some economists, have repeatedly criticized the Federal Reserve’s efforts to stimulate growth, claiming the department has made decisions that will increase inflation and debt.

The Federal Reserve in September announced that the central bank would purchase mortgage securities at a rate of $40 billion each month, until the labor market outlook has improved “substantially.”

Critics have warned that purchasing more bonds raises the risk of higher inflation at a later date.
If Romney wins the election, he said he would like nominate Glenn Hubbard, former head of the Council of Eocnomic Advisers under former President George W. Bush, for the Federal Reserve chairmanship.

If the incumbent president is reelected, he would probably consider replacing Bernanke with Janet Yellen, the current vice chairwoman, and economist Alan Krueger. Geither may also be on the president’s list, Sorkin wrote in the column.

Financial Crime Is A Systemic Risk

"Specifically, the perceived legitimacy of the U.S. financial system has not merely been tarnished by recent scandals, but is in danger of collapsing."

Famed Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises wrote in his seminal work, Human Action: A Treatise on Economics (originally published by the Yale University Press in 1949), that:

"There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved."

The collapse of a historic credit bubble occurred in 2008. However, despite years of further credit expansion, "a final and total catastrophe" of the U.S. dollar system has yet to occur. While an inflationary U.S. monetary policy has serious consequences, hyperinflation is not an immediate result. There are three general ways in which the U.S. dollar system could break down: 

(1) rejection of the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency
(2) as an eventual consequence of U.S. federal government insolvency
(3) a domestic failure of confidence.

Of the three, U.S. federal government insolvency is the most serious because it would result in both the loss of the U.S. dollar's world reserve currency status and also, in a failure of domestic confidence. However, a new threat to the U.S. dollar has emerged, which could trigger a hyperinflationary collapse before the U.S. federal government's finances become unworkable -- e.g., when debt service begins to crowd out military and Social Security spending. Specifically, the perceived legitimacy of the U.S. financial system has not merely been tarnished by recent scandals, but is in danger of collapsing. The consequences of a domestic breakdown of confidence and trust in the U.S. financial system cannot be overstated.

World Reserve Currency Status

The most commonly cited challenge to the U.S. dollar system relates to its waning status as the world reserve currency. The BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China), along with South Africa, no longer use the U.S. dollar for trade settlement amongst one another. The Chinese have internationalized the renminbi (RMB), which is now used in trade settlement with the other BRIC countries, as well as with Australia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iran and various South American and African countries under bilateral agreements. Iran, which is the world's fourth largest oil exporter, has refused to accept U.S. dollars in exchange for crude oil since 2009. While European countries utilize the euro, South American countries have instituted a local currency payment system -- the Sistema de Pagamentos em Moeda Local or SML. At the same time, the IMF stands ready to settle international trade using Special Drawing Rights (SDRs). However, local settlement at the regional level is largely irrelevant.

At the global level, the implicit crude oil backing of the U.S. dollar by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) remains in place, and the U.S. military remains dominant. As long as OPEC backs the U.S. dollar, and as long as there is no viable challenger, the U.S. dollar is unlikely to be deposed. The euro, for example, is a troubled currency, and its future is questionable. China's economic ascent is likely to continue and the RMB can be redeemed for Chinese-manufactured goods. However, the Chinese economy is currently in a recession, the RMB is not a fully international currency, and China's military is not ready to take on the role of a global superpower.

At present, no national currency stands as a viable challenger for the position held by the U.S. dollar, and there is no consensus regarding its eventual replacement. However, discussion of the gold standard has moved from the fringes of the financial world into the mainstream. The price of gold has risen in response to widespread currency debasement -- i.e., as a hedge against inflation.

Anecdotal reports of whales sounding like people are not new. But in this case in San Diego, California, scientists for the first time recorded the utterances, did an acoustic analysis and were surprised to find a rhythm similar to that of human speech, Sam Ridgway of the National Marine Mammal Foundation reported Monday.

The sounds marked quite a feat: whales make sounds via their nasal tract, unlike people, who use their larynx. So this particular white whale had to make some tricky muscular and blowhole adjustments.

"Such obvious effort suggests motivation for contact," said Ridgway, the main author of a study featured in the journal Current Biology. "The sounds we heard were clearly an example of vocal learning by the white whale."

The whale, named NOC, died five years ago.

Ridgway says that back in 1984, he and others started hearing sounds near the whale and dolphin enclosure that recalled two people speaking in the distance, too far away to be understood.

The sounds were later traced to one particular white whale when a diver in its tank came to the surface because he thought he heard colleagues tell him to do so.

NOC had lived among dolphins and other white whales and had often been in the presence of humans.

The whale made human-like sounds for around four years until it reached the age of sexual maturity, Ridgway said.
