HJ: It’s pretty common to hear people tossing around the idea that everything is made of energy and that thoughts can create reality, but just what is the basis for these ideas and concepts? I can tell you from first hand experience that they are absolutely true and as real as the computer you’re reading this on, but for some, subjective experience is not enough — they want to know what science (in this case physics) has to say about it and achieve a more analytical understanding of just how these laws are operating.  Well, if you are in that group, you will like this primer on exactly what is behind the metaphysical concepts that are so often spoken of on this website and any of the other progressive, new age, spiritually-inclined blogs that are popping up left and right these days.
Despite all the new-agey, metaphysical imagery and platitudes, there is some serious science backing up what is being said.  Not everyone espousing these truths may understand it at an advanced quantum physics level, and they may have even distorted the underlying concept a bit through misunderstandings of exactly what is being implied, but nonetheless, the core concepts have now been proven by quantum physics.  It’s only a matter of time until these seemingly fringe beliefs become taken for granted as everyday realizations about the nature of reality.  Now that is something I am waiting patiently for…

I love learning about quantum physics but I’ll be the first to tell you I have a very elementary understanding of how it all works, at best. With that being said, I humbly present you with 7 quantum facts that’ll make you go hmm.

1. According to quantum physics, we are part of a vast, invisible field of energy, which contains all possible realities and responds to our thoughts and our feelings.


2. All material things are made up of atoms (which are made up of subatomic particles- protons, neutrons, electrons etc), which are 99.99999 percent energy and .00001 percent matter. Think about it―every physical thing in our life is not solid matter but rather, fields of energy or frequency patterns of information. Matter is more “no-thing” (energy) than “some-thing” (particles). Our physical bodies and the body of the physical Universe are as proportionately empty as is all of space. The essential nature of our material bodies and that of the solid-appearing Universe is that they are both non-material. They are made up of non-stuff.

3. Our material bodies and the body of the Universe both flicker in and out of existence at the speed of light. Our nervous systems cannot process these quantum events at the speed at which they are really happening, so it decodes the energy and information soup of the Universe into the experience of solid three-dimensional material bodies.

4. The “Observer Effect” in quantum mechanics states that at the subatomic level, energy responds to our mindful attention and becomes matter. Quantum experiments demonstrate that electrons (part of the subatomic particles that make up the atom) exist simultaneously in an infinite array of possibilities in an invisible field of energy. So, a particle (matter) cannot manifest in ordinary space-time reality until we observe it. Knowing this, mind and matter can no longer be considered separate; they are intrinsically related, because subjective mind produces measurable changes on the objective, physical world.

5. Every human being, along with every material thing in the Universe, broadcast a distinct energy pattern, and this energy carries information. Our fluctuating states of mind, conscious or unconscious, change this pattern on a moment-to-moment basis because we are not just a physical body; we are consciousness using a body and a brain to express different levels of mind.

6. Quantum Entanglement Theory states that all humans and the quantum field are interconnected. It says that once two particles can be linked in some way, they will always be bonded together beyond space and time. So anything that is done to one, will be done to the other even though they are spatially separated from one another. What this means is that since we too are made up of particles, we are all connected beyond space and time. So quite literally, what we do unto others, we do unto ourselves.

7. The intelligence keeps our heart beating is part of our autonomic nervous system, which is located in the brain. The brains limbic system is part of the automatic nervous system. Within the brain, there are specific tissues responsible for keeping the heart beating, which are made up of cells. Those cells are made up of molecules. Molecules are made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of subatomic particles and subatomic particles are primarily composed of energy (see #1).

So think about this, most of us spend the majority of our days with our attention focused on the 0.00001 percent of reality that is physical rather than the 99.99999 energy that makes all of this physical stuff up. I mean really think about those implications for a minute and how much we may be missing.

The preceding facts don’t even begin to scratch the surface of the wacky world that is quantum physics!  For further information on the ideas presented in this article, I recommend Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Deepak Chopra’s Everyday Immortality, Dr. Amit Goswami’s The Self-Aware Universe and Ken Wilber’s A Brief History of Everything (though there’s many more great authors, books and films on this subject as well- these are just some personal favorites).

The Emerging Spiritual Renaissance

We are at an extremely unique time in history.  

The birth of the internet has made unimaginable amounts of spiritually enlightening information just a few clicks away.  As soon as someone is ready to wake up, everything is right there and accessible through a cursory google search.  Some of the most profound books containing extremely powerful, ancient knowledge that have the power to transform consciousness can be bought on Amazon for around $5.  From Neale Donald Walsch, to Wayne Dyer, to Alan Cohen, to Don Miguel Ruiz, to Maharshi, to Yogananda, to Marianne Williamson, to Cosmic Awareness and so on — we have an unprecedented level of access to great spiritual teachers and knowledge.  As someone intimately involved in the awakening process of humanity, it is obvious to me that we are in the midst of a powerful spiritual renaissance.

Beyond simple access to information and teachers, there is also a corresponding metaphysical and energetic shift occurring both on the planet and in the larger context of the energies influencing our galaxy.  This time was foreshadowed by the Mayan’s and their infamous calendar for thousands of years.  Not merely conjecture, this highly advanced, cyclical calendar was based on many factors, but primarily astronomical transits.  With great accuracy, the Mayan’s were able to predict the exact spiritual renaissance we now find ourselves in.  Despite the many wild misinterpretations of the supposed “end date” of Dec. 21st, 2012, those who truly studied the calendar and understood its cyclical nature were able to identify the true significance of that date — the ending of one age and the beginning of another.  We are emerging from a rather ‘dark’ age in the consciousness of humanity and transitioning into a spiritual renaissance that is currently unfolding at an astounding pace.

Those looking for veritable proof in external, physical reality are totally missing the point.  Although this shift will eventually manifest in the physical realm, one must always remember that the physical realm is an extension/manifestation of internal state.  Therefore as the masses begin to collectively make the internal shift, we will begin to see it externalized in the world around us.  The signs are already there for those ‘who can truly see’, however, one would be well advised to look within for the change.  Sit, quiet the mind, meditate, relax, breath and pay intention to those feelings arising from within, for that is where all true change begins.

Entering a Spiritual Renaissance

In the three decades leading up to the prophetic dates of 2012, and at the end of a 5,125 year Mayan cycle of time, we have entered a very unique time on Earth that is filled with great potential. We are about at the end of a long, exciting but exhausting 33 year journey that has taken us through the dark rift in the Milky Way. 33 is a powerful master number and also the center frequency of the Maya Tzolk’in. The Maya know this rift to be a place of great transformation, and we will be completely through this dark rift by 2016. (from 1983-2016) When we look back, we can see that we are no longer the same person that we were when we began this adventure together.


The beginning of this sacred 33 year passage was triggered by the Harmonic Convergence in 1986 that also triggered a global Spiritual Renaissance in which we re-birthed, re-modeled, re-hashed, re-claimed, re-mapped, re-booted and re-membered. We just about re-did everything and, in doing so, we looked deep into our hearts with the precision of an electron microscope. But that period is over. It is fading into a dim memory. Our work is done there, and what we have done cannot be repeated. We have made the leap.

Now, 30 years later, we are beginning to exit the dark rift in the Milky Way. This is triggering yet another Spiritual Renaissance. We will feel the first hints of this renaissance on Equinox (March 19-22) by feeling a profound lifting of spirit and an transformed inner light that has returned after a long 3 month cocoon stage. The Star Elders share that by Solstice (June 21-23, 2013) it will be obvious that we have entered a new frequency, dimension, bandwidth, reality and perspective. It will be time to put into action your new and divine creative skills to work.

The intense uncertainty and anticipation that was building for the prophetic dates of December 21, 2012 has passed, and we have entered into a new beginning that is a merging of our physical body with our spirit with the divine plan. The world did not end in horrific cataclysms; nor was there an ecstatic rapture into paradise. A fleet of UFOs didn’t come to save us either. But we knew it would turn out this way. The sensitive ones of this world are now breathing a deep sigh of relief as the energy bubble, overflowing with crushing ambiguity and expectation has burst, and a more balanced, peaceful and harmonious energy is emerging into the new Earth.

Up until now, for most of the conscious community, the universe felt like it had hit the pause button. We felt like a ships without rudders. Even what we held true was flip flopping on a daily basis, and we felt an enormous apathy to all things in our material lives. We felt like we were in an odd place of suspended animation floating in a void of immaculate space. We have entered the creative womb of divine potential. We have entered an incubation phase of a new and exciting cycle. We are dreaming a new world while maintaining a body in the physical world. We are living and dreaming all at the same time. It is an oddly fascinating place to witness . . . like watching the birth of a star.

All new cycles, like the one we just entered, begin slowly with lots of surreal, dreamlike space in which to make very creative imaginings and visualizations that will soon become the foundation stones for this entire new cycle. At first our world might feel it lacks luster. Many people are sharing with me that they are missing the buzz of 2012, and the world now feels a bit mundane. We are literally being asked to go “cold turkey” on breaking our addiction to really high pitched energies from the past cycle that we had become accustomed to. This is an adjustment as we let go of the drama and ego and frantic pace that we were accustomed to. Others are making huge adjustments in their lives to self-correct and come into alignment with this new cycle and field of possibility. This takes raw and instinctual courage as we enter a multi-dimensional world.

While in this suspended animation, we are becoming comfortable with the void and the unknown. Even though there is some oddly unproductive searching going on (this is a temporary state by the way), we also feel safe and secure regarding the eminent outcome of our incubation. We are collecting new tools for the future. This is a safe place for us while the Earth, our physical form and our DNA recalibrates to the new frequencies. We are gathering information that we will need for the new birth . . . And we can feel it coming.

So now what? It is time to get really friendly with the unknown that is out in front of us now. The world is going to change, and so are we. There are going to be some surprising changes in the directions in our physical and spiritual lives. We will be mystified and sometimes overwhelmed by all the myriad of choices. We are struggling to get clear about what is next for our lives, but our usual guidance is now coming from multiple directions at once. I like to call this “the octopus effect” as we begin to learn to manifest spherically while being in a neutral and detached ego. This is a confusing time as all of our guidance feels to be true. We are learning to be multi-dimensional beings and think and live in multiple realities. This wrestling for clear guidance is going to stretch us and help us discover new frontiers of reality.

We have entered a new beginning that has blasted us into a higher frequency. It is an explosion of spirit and evolution. Any negative, ego driven program must and will go extinct. The past is quickly becoming a dinosaur. With patience, we will learn to understand and integrate the new higher frequencies that we are now learning to navigate. We may flip flop between the many choices out in front of us until we can hold and maintain a multi-dimensional perspective. We have the task of unpacking all that transpired during the powerful time in 2012.

We have now graduated into multi-dimensional grownups. We have grown past expecting to be saved or rescued. We are re-claiming our God given, divine potential, physically and spiritually. We are fearlessly facing the work ahead of us. We embrace being responsible human beings and accept the uncertainty and change in the enviable matrix of possibility ahead. We will use this matrix as a vehicle for our growth and awakening. We are letting go of our rigid belief systems, because we have learned that adversity and challenge comes only when we go against the flow.

We are blessed to be in a period of a great Spiritual Renaissance . . . a phase of orientation and discovery. The orientation point that was anchored in each of us in 2012 is now being slowly switched on. Remember, we just came from a fever pitched ending of a huge cycle, into calm immaculate space. Be patient with yourself now, as new cycles always begin slowly. There is no need to rush. There is lots of time to fulfill your destiny and divine purpose. We have time to act deliberately. We can take our time about everything in our lives. We can slow down and breathe the unqualified air in this new reality. We can make each decision and choice from great intent and deep contemplation. We are going to create a new and harmonic world. So no worries for now, if you feel a bit stuck. The mission was not aborted, and we didn’t miss the boat; we are on board and sailing with the spirit of a new born earth star. But as you see . . . it is going to take some getting used to. Let us breathe and see where it takes us.

How Do Human Beings Perceive Reality and What Does it Matter?

We are an infant race of seven billion separated by different belief systems of how the planet operates. Imagine a race united in their knowing rather than divided by their belief systems.

At the same time we all perceive our physical reality to be the same. By simply perceiving ‘how the world is’, we are simultaneously creating it.  Recent findings within quantum physics and mainstream science are just starting to understanding that consciousness and how we perceive reality are directly responsible for creating our reality. The typical perception is go to school, get a job, and participate in daily activities such as sports, movies, drinking and more. We wake up in the morning and repeat the same cycle without ever observing what is taking place on our planet.

Our current system is geared towards having us look ahead. When we are in school we are studying for our future so we can have a job, when we are at our job we are working to save money to have things and be secure. We are always participating for something ahead of us, which totally disconnects us from the present moment. Whilst participating in this system, we are so wrapped up in succeeding and surviving that we never question what is happening on planet Earth. Our sources for truth are mainstream media networks. We have given our consciousness away almost to the point where we stopped questioning things. By consciousness I mean how we perceive our reality.

If you really think about it, we take a child from a young age and pound them with our version of reality. In school, we are essentially taught the way the world works and operates. It’s become apparent that what we are taught is often what our parents were taught, which is also what their parents taught them. While we go through the system, some of us wake up and realize that the world is not how we are taught it is. We realize that there is a whole separate story to planet Earth. If our consciousness creates reality, and our perception of reality is responsible for shaping our reality, then new information and transparency on our planet has the potential to change the way we perceive.

UFOs for example, it is becoming obvious daily that we are not alone on the planet. Energy is another example, it’s becoming obvious that we have access to zero point energy. I could list a number of examples, but the point is that we live in a world that is characterized by a civilization that is separate in it’s knowing about the true nature of reality. What I mean is that we have a structure on the planet that thrives off of concealment of information. This structure has taken control of technological and scientific discoveries and suppressed them. Keeping known elements of our reality from us is a form of population control and perception manipulation. At the same time you can’t hide the truth, and the truth leads to something beautiful. Basically, we are all one, and we need to start seeing everyone as another facet of ourselves.

Many of us have been programmed to believe that it’s a a dog eat dog world, that it’s every man for himself. We constantly take on the emotions of anger, stress, discomfort and sadness that result from being in an environment that is not conducive to our natural state, but more so as a result of us not being at peace with ourselves. Our natural state is love, cooperation, relaxation and peace. A human beings experience on planet Earth might take one away from our natural state, but in real truth it is us that take ourselves away from our natural state.

We literally, scientifically have the ability to manifest any type of reality we desire given the type of energy we all emanate. An energy of love is much more productive then an energy of fear. Everything is made up of infinite potentiality, and the moment consciousness decides to create from that, creation takes place. Where does our current understanding of reality come from? As we’ve moved through different stages of human history, new findings about the true nature of reality have become increasingly apparent. We knew the Earth was flat, we know the Earth is round, are we on the brink of another paradigm shift? Throughout all stages of human history intellectual authorities have suppressed scientific findings that did not fit the current understanding of reality, have things really changed? The United States and other developed countries pump trillions of dollars into their departments of defense. Apart from that, trillions more go unaccounted for.  Governments are able to keep all developments within these departments classified under the title of ‘national security’. Unfortunately human beings do not have access to technologies that have already been developed and implemented, like free energy devices:

So what does this tell us about our reality? It tells us that the moment consciousness is viewing and defining how things should act, the infinite potentials act in that manner! The electron acted in the way consciousness defined how it should act. In a more practical understanding, all of us on planet Earth see the world a certain way. We have the idea that ‘this is the way it is’ and that we have to live within the limitations of it. The simple act of this perception is defining you/us thus limiting our infinite potentials by definition, keeping us on the same path and repeating the same cycle. It’s important to remember that we are in control, we dictate what type of experience we have on planet Earth. This doesn’t mean that we have not been subject to manipulation and control. Only when we wake up to the fact that we have been manipulated, can we begin to create for ourselves and step outside the box of our current perceptions and definitions of reality. From birth we are taught what our parents are taught, and often what their parents taught them.

If consciousness creates our reality, then who is defining how things should be? Who is defining how we should act and ‘how the world is’, we are. Of course manipulation of our consciousness has occurred, but the double slit experiment shows how we are in control. That doesn’t mean our consciousness and understanding of reality cannot be manipulated. For a long period of time there has been an observer outside of ourselves influencing how human beings perceive reality.

Through suppression of information, and handing our source of information to mainstream media we have put the power outside of ourselves when everything we need lies within us. Human beings have created an experience that requires them to do certain things in order to survive, we have set definitions and limitations on ourselves by perceiving that ‘we have to do this’ or ‘we have to do that’. By living in this manner we are unable take advantage of all the universe has to give us.  From the day we are born, our education and media systems teach us how the world is. They have been beaming us, creating our perception of how things are for us and how one should be. We wake up, go to school, get a job, pay bills and think this is how it is. The power of the Illuminati rely upon us to be asleep and unaware about the true nature of reality.




We are currently waking up, and the power the elite hold over us is dwindling every day because human beings are simply becoming aware about what has really been happening on the planet. As a result, mother Earth is responding and changing. We have been made to believe that it’s every man for himself, that we have to survive and look out for self. Truth is, operating from a place of love, cooperation and understanding is raising the vibrational frequency of our molecular make up, coupled with a new understanding of reality we have allowed ourselves to enter into a transition that has been spoken about for ages. We are one. We are LOVE.
