Europa a likely candidate for extra-terrestrial life
Extra-terrestrial life on alien worlds could be far more widespread than previously thought, researchers have said.
According to a study by experts at the University of Aberdeen, the number of habitable Earth-like planets in the universe could be far greater than is currently thought.
Published in Planetary and Space Science, the team challenge traditional ideas about "habitable zones" – the area of space around a star or sun that can support life – by looking at life below ground. PhD student Sean McMahon explained: "A planet needs to be not too close to its sun but also not too far away for liquid water to persist, rather than boiling or freezing, on the surface.
"But that theory fails to take into account life that can exist beneath a planet's surface. As you get deeper below a planet's surface, the temperature increases, and once you get down to a temperature where liquid water can exist – life can exist there too."
Using a computer model that includes the top five kilometres below the surface of the planet, researchers found the habitable zone for an Earth-like planet is three times bigger than currently believed.
Life on Mars would have to be far below the planet's surface.
If looking at the top 10km of a planet's surface, the habitable zone in our solar system would extend out further than Jupiter and Saturn – 14 times more than current thinking.
McMahon also noted that life could be present on "rogue" planets that drift around in darkness: "Rocky planets a few times larger than the Earth could support liquid water at about five km below the surface even in interstellar space (i.e. very far away from a star), even if they have no atmosphere because the larger the planet, the more heat they generate internally.
"It has been suggested that the planet Gliese 581 d, which is 20 light years away from Earth in the constellation Libra, may be too cold for liquid water at the surface. However, our model suggests that it is very likely to be able to support liquid water less than 2 km below the surface, assuming it is Earth-like."
McMahon said he hopes more researchers will use the study to consider how life might be found on other planets: "The results suggest life may occur much more commonly deep within planets and moons than on their surfaces. This means it might be worth looking for signs of life outside conventional habitable zones.
"The surfaces of rocky planets and moons that we know of are nothing like Earth. They're typically cold and barren with no atmosphere or a very thin or even corrosive atmosphere. Going below the surface protects you from a whole host of unpleasant conditions on the surface. So the subsurface habitable zone may turn out to be very important. Earth might even be unusual in having life on the surface."
Space worms, bacteria and fungus most likely in planets with little energy, McMahon said.
Speaking to IBTimes UK, McMahon said that while we currently have no evidence of life outside our planet, it is feasible: "We have a convention of saying that where you have liquid water and the right sort of temperatures and possible sources of food and energy – in those sorts of conditions life could survive.
"What we've found is that those types of conditions are probably very common below the surface and maybe more so than they are on the surfaces. But that means that life can originate in these environments below the surface of rocky planets."
Explaining why the idea of life below the surface has not been considered outside our solar system before, he said: "It's partly a historical thing that when the idea of a habitable zone was first formulated we did not know as much about life below the surface.
"We're used to thinking about the possibility of life below the surface in our own solar system, but we've stuck with this notion of a habitable zone which was formulated in the early 90s based around the idea that life is something that happens on the surface. Since then we've discovered that life goes much further below the surface of the Earth.
"In our own solar system the best candidates for inhabited planets and moons are Mars and some of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, which have ice on the outside and liquid water below. If there is life on Mars today it's probably quite far below the surface, where it's still warm."
And considering what life we might find festering underneath the surface of alien worlds, he added: "It depends on how much energy is available. On some planets and moons there might be quite a lot but on others there would not be much. The other problem is that there is not much space in the cracks and pores of rocks for larger life forms to grow and become complex.
"If there is not much, you wouldn't find anything more than bacteria, fungus and perhaps worms – the sorts of things you find several miles below the earth's surface."
Monsignor Corrado Balducci, a theologian member of the Vatican Curia (governing body), and an insider close to the Pope, has gone on Italian national television five times, including recent months, to proclaim that extraterrestrial contact is a real phenomenon. Balducci provided an analysis of extraterrestrials that he feels is consistent with the Catholic Church's understanding of theology. Monsignor Balducci emphasizes that extraterrestrial encounters "are NOT demonic, they are NOT due to psychological impairment, they are NOT a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully." Since Monsignor Balducci is a demonology expert and consultant to the Vatican , and since the Catholic Church has historically demonized many new phenomena that were poorly understood, his stating that the Church does not censure these encounters is all the more remarkable.
Balducci revealed to a visiting American professional that the Vatican is closely following this phenomenon quietly. My informant originally surmised that the Vatican is receiving much information about extraterrestrials and their contacts with humans from its Nunciatures (embassies) in various countries. But subsequent information indicated that the Monsignor has gotten his cases from other sources. Monsignor Balducci is a member of a group which acts as consultants to the Vatican on various matters concerning humans in possible contact with supernatural beings. As such, the matter of extraterrestrial encounters would fall within their purview, and possibly as well the spiritual significance of the emerging general realization of extraterrestrial contact.
Parallel information from National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf , a member of the NSC's SSG subcommittee for managing the UFO phenomenon, as well as from noted author and Vatican expert Father Malachi Martin, suggests that the Vatican is concerned that it will have a major doctrinal updating situation on its hands when extraterrestrial contact becomes authoritatively announced by world governments over the next several years.
He was Canadian minister of Defense in 1960s, ruling over the country’s armed forces during the time of the Cold War – and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth. Is this fantasy? Is someone actually watching us? Today we ask the man who says UFOs are a serious business – Paul Hellyer.
Sophie Shevardnadze: Our guest today is the Honorable Paul Hellyer, former minister of Defense of Canada, and he believes that life forms from space are present on Earth. It’s great to have you on our show. Why do you say that UFOs are as real as airplanes flying over our heads?
Paul Hellyer: Because I know that they are. As a matter of fact, they’ve been visiting our planet for thousands of years and one of the cases that would interest you most if you give me two or three minutes to answer is that during the Cold War, 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in formation flying south from Russia across Europe, and Supreme Allied Command was very concerned and about ready to press the “Panic” button when they turned around and went back over the North Pole. They decided to do an investigation and they investigated for 3 years and they decided that, with absolute certainty, four species - at least – had been visiting this planet for thousands of years. We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades, since we invented the atomic bomb and they are very concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad for us and for them as well.
SS:No serious scientist has ever publicly confirmed evidence of an encounter with extra-terrestrials – why would scientists not confirm the facts if they exist?
PH: I’m afraid they must go out of their way not to find out. Even if they do 10 percent of the amount of research I’ve done in the last 8 years they would be as convinced as I am. I mean, they could do it even faster. Might take it a little longer, when they didn’t have military background, but there are so many wonderful books that tell these stories and they’ve been authenticated; the sightings have been authenticated by more than one witness and also by radar, and they have landed in various places around the world, including Russia. There’s famous case there, I can’t remember the name of the place, but it was widely reported at the time, a man wrote a book about it and then the French bought the book rights so it wouldn’t be circulated around… There’s just so much evidence, if anybody will take a time off to do a little bit of research and study. Some people are interested and will take the time, and the others just say “Oh, you know it’s just fantasy”. Since I’ve been public on this subject I get probably three or four emails a week from all over the world, from people who’ve actually witnessed sightings, and some of them who’ve actually been on the ships, and some of them who’ve actually been transported to another planet. This information… it is top secret in a way that governments don’t talk about it, but if you listen to whistleblowers and to the people who have worked in the industry, and who know what is going on, there’s just a lot of information out there and it doesn’t take very long to get your hands on it.
SS:See, the problem is that some who report UFOs sightings and alien abductions have been shown to make things up to be famous, to make money – or just for a prank. How do we tell fiction from a fact?
PH: You have to spend a lot of time trying to find…we use to say “separating wheat from the chaff”, and it takes a lot of effort. When I was minister I got sighting reports and when we checked them out, about 80 percent, 8 out of 10, were not real, they were sights of Venus or of plasma or a dozen other things, but there were 15 percent or 20 percent for which there was no explanation and they were the genuine unidentified flying objects. One of the conferences I went to… it was in Las Vegas… was promoted by chap who had written a book about crashes and there were dozens and dozens of them and many of them very-very well authenticated, so it would be impossible to read of that evidence and not come to the conclusion that these vehicles were real.
SS:Have you ever had your own encounter with aliens?
PH: Not encounter with aliens, no. I’ve seen a UFO, about 120 miles north of Toronto, over Lake Muskoka, where I have a cottage. Two years ago, at Thanksgiving, which is October, [my wife?] said that she wanted to go out and look at the stars, so…I’m not much of a night man… but I put on my cap and went out with her and she looked into the eastern sky and said, “There’s a star” and I turned the other way and said, “Oh, there’s a much brighter one over here” and she looked there and we watched it until our necks almost broke for about 20 minutes, and it was definitely a UFO because it could change position in the sky by three or four degrees in three or four seconds. I checked out – there were no satellites that could do that, a space station wasn’t going by and it isn’t able to move that fast anyway and there was no other explanation except that it was the real thing. Two days later I went down in the dark, got a comfortable chair, and watched. It came back almost at the same spot and entertained me for as long as I could take it. Then I went back to the cottage but it was very interesting because it would drop down in the sky and then it would roar back up and it would shift across a few degrees and do a circle and come back at just an astronomical speed, since you know they travel very-very fast.
SS:So does it just look like a falling star that falls really quickly and then rises again? What does it look like?
PH: Well, it looked just like a star.
SS:It looks just like a star?
PH: I don’t know if you personally have ever read the Bible or not but I think the star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.
SS:You also told me that people write you emails, three to five emails a week, and they’ve actually been abducted or they had encounters with aliens. Do they actually tell you what these aliens look like? I mean, everyone’s interested – how would I know if I see an alien and he abducts me?
PH: First question you have to ask is how many species are there? I used to think there were between two and twelve. Apollo astronaut, Edgar Mitchell, who came to Toronto a few years ago and had with dinner with us agreed there were something around two and twelve, but the latest reports that I’ve been getting from various sources are that there are about 80 different species and some of them look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn’t know if you walked past one. They are what we call “Nordic blondes” and also the Tall Whites who were actually working with the US air force in Nevada. They’re able to get away with that, they had a couple of their ladies dressed as nuns go into Las Vegas to shop and they weren’t detected. I have a friend who saw one of the men walking along the street, he is somebody who can recognize that they were different, and he did. Then there’s the Short Grey’s as they are called, and they are the ones you see in most of the cartoons, they have very-very slim arms and legs, they are very short, just a little over 5 feet, and they have a great big head and great big brown eyes. But, there are different species and you have to know that they are different species and know that they all are different. If you saw the Short Greys you’d certainly know there’s something up that you’ve never seen before, but if you saw one of the Nordic Blondes, you’d probably say “Oh I wonder if she’s from Denmark or somewhere.”
SS:So these species that you are describing – are they all different in terms of nice and mean? Are some of them nice and benevolent and others nasty, how are they? Are they good to people on Earth or are they here to harm them?
PH: It’s a difficult question to answer, because they have different agendas and maybe all of us on Earth should have the same agenda, but you couldn’t say, maybe, that Russia and China and the US all had the same agenda at every turn, because they don’t. I would say that nearly all are benign and benevolent and they do want to help us, there may be one or two species which do not. That’s one of the things I’m investigating at the moment, to see who they are, what they are up to and what their agendas really are.
SS:These extraterrestrial creatures – where did they come from and how did they get here, to Earth?
PH: They come from various places. For a long while I only knew about ones who came from different star systems – the Pleadis, Zeta Reticuli and several other star systems…but in the past few months I have met [those] who made me aware that there are some in our star system, and that there are actually extraterrestrials who live on a planet called Andromedia, which is one of the moons of Saturn and that there are others on Venus and some on Mars and that they may be interacting between themselves – I suspect that they are because there is what is called a “Federation” of these people and they have rules. For example, one of the rules is that they don’t interfere with our affairs unless there are invited to – and that’s one of the reasons, probably, that we haven’t seen more of them until very recently…
SS:But, what do you mean, there are lots of people who want to interact with them, there are a lot of people who actually want to see them and to know who they are. What, do they need a special invitation to interact with us? What does it mean – “they don’t want to interfere with our affairs”?
PH: They don’t want to tell us how to run our affairs, they have accepted the fact that this is our planet, and that we have the right to run it, but they are very-very concerned: they don’t think we are good stewards of our planet, we’re clear cutting our forests, we’re polluting our rivers and our lakes, and we’re dumping sewage in the oceans, and we’re doing all sorts of things which are not what good stewards of their homes should be doing. They don’t like that and they made it very clear. As a matter of fact they have given us a warning.
SS:How?
PH: This has come from more than one source…
SS:How have they made it clear, what have they done?
PH: They have talked to people. One of the chaps I’ve talked with about a month ago was interacting with them in 1974, he and his brother, in Peru. They were taken to Andromedia, teleported. They were told what people there think and that we’re really wrecking our planet and in fact that something dreadful is going to happen to it if we don’t smarten up and change our ways. We spend too much time fighting each other, we spend too much money on military expenditures, and not enough on feeding the poor and looking after the homeless and the sick, and that we are polluting our waters and our air and that we’re playing around with these exotic weapons, thermonuclear weapons and atomic weapons, which have such devastating effects both on Earth and other areas of Cosmos. They don’t like that and that’s the reason they would like to work with us, to teach us better ways, but only, I think, with our consent. They work through individuals; they try and pick out individuals who won’t be frightened to death by them, because they can get you quite afraid. One of the cases I’m familiar with was with the Tall Whites in Nevada, where the US airman working with them was just frightened to death of them, and one, Charles Hall, rescued the daughter of one of the high-up people in the Tall White and as result became very good friends with the mother, and as soon as they could trust each other, they had a wonderful relationship. He wrote a book about it, called “Millennial Hospitality” – it tells you how you go through these stages, of being scared out of your wits, but then, when you establish a trust and a working relationship –you can have the same kind of relationship that you would have with someone here on Earth.
SS:But here’s what I’m thinking: if you are outing their presence, which is clearly not what they want, since they are hiding, why aren’t you afraid of repercussions? You are obviously stating that they are here, among us, telling me all these species that exist…
PH: They are here among us and I’m not afraid because in most cases, as far as technology is concerned, they are light years ahead of us, and we have learned a lot of things from them. A lot of the things we use today we got from them, you know – led lights and microchips and Kevlar vests and all sorts things that we got from their technology and we could get a lot more too, especially in the fields of medicine and agriculture if we would go about it peacefully. But, I think, maybe some of our people are more interested in getting the military technology, and I think that’s wrong-headed, and that’s one of the things that we are going to have to change, because we’re going to have to work together, all of us, everywhere on the planet.
SS:You’ve mentioned military technology and swapping technologies and barters in-between aliens and people in American government. I want to ask you as a former minister of Defense of Canada – is interstellar war a possibility? Should we be creating a Star Wars force to defend ourselves from possible invasion or something like that?
PH: I think it’s a possibility, but it’s a possibility especially if we shoot down every UFO that comes into our airspace without asking who they are and what they want. Right from the beginning we started scrambling planes, trying to shoot them down, but their technology was superior enough that we weren’t able to get away with it, certainly not for a long while. During that period of time they could have taken us over without any trouble if they wanted to, so I think, rather than developing our own Star Wars to protect ourselves against them, we should work with the benign species that are of a vast majority and work together, and rely largely on them, of course, and cooperate, so that we would be contributing something at the same time; I don’t think there’s any point in us developing a galactic force that would tempt us to ride on our own and get into mischief, which is one of the things that some of them are concerned about.
SS:What do you expect to happen if people start to believe in alien existence on Earth? Things are definitely going to change: our lives aren’t going to be the same anymore.
PH: I hope that’s the case. I am all for full disclosure, and I’m going to push very hard for full disclosure in the book I’m writing, to give some reasons for it, things that we really have to know and have a right to know. Our future as a species, and here I mean all of the species in the world, is potentially at risk if we don’t figure what’s going on and work together to try and make life more amenable for all of us, and to work with our neighbors from other planets as well.
SS:Still, I’m thinking to myself – if they’ve been here for such a long time as you say, and they are interested in helping humanity, as you say, why is our world such a mess? If you want help someone, you just help someone, you don’t wait for that someone to invite you to help that someone, no?
PH: I think parents sometime say to their children – “this is what you should do”, but that doesn’t mean children are going to do it, does it? The Cosmos is based on free choice. We’re given the option of making mistakes, of making wrong choices, and I guess, what bothers some of us, is that we’ve made too many wrong choices, and not enough right choices. So we’re going to have to start switching our priorities and stop spending so much time and effort on weapons to kill each other, or to dominate each other, and spend a lot more time on how to help each other to have a better life and a more just society, and life which is healthier. When the healthcare is better and when the food distribution is better and when the air is cleaner and water is cleaner and all of those things that are waiting to be done, if we just get together and, as we say, row in the right direction, in the same direction, it’s possible, but it’s a tall order and so far we haven’t done it. My thesis is that we have to do it, we have to start doing it right away.

He was a founding board member of the International Association for New Science as well as founding president of the New Energy Movement. He was a fellow at the World Innovation Foundation and a physics professor at Princeton University.
The technological implication of UFOs is one reason for the secrecy that surrounds them. The way they can stop on point and move any direction they choose brings up a big question; what type of propulsion systems and operating characteristics are involved? If we know UFOs are real, one of the questions to ask is how they operate and how they get to where they need to be.
Given all of the official documentation and credible witness testimonies, we are able to question further and make reasonable connections. With the amount of effort and time spent to cover up the reality of UFOs, it is logical to assume that the ones responsible for the cover up have the same questions that we do. How do they operate? Maybe more exists beyond the secrecy, maybe some questions have been answered and seized by those who control the money supply. Anti-Gravity, clean energy, the list goes on and on. Even without UFOs, human beings have the scientific and technological capability to change our planet. It’s time to start asking more questions, if we have alternative and more efficient ways of operating on planet Earth that could benefit everybody, why are they not being implemented and who is responsible?

the most advanced and secretive aircraft development organizations in the world, says the key to the technology that will allow us to travel to the stars, without taking a lifetime to get there, lies in ESP.
Ben Rich was the director of Lockheed’s Skunk Works from 1975 to 1991. Skunk Works is a division of Lockheed Martin that develops super high-tech aircraft, and is responsible for developing the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk stealth bomber, and the F-22 Raptor.
In a recent interview with Open Minds, Jan Harzan, the new director of the Mutual UFO Network, told us about a presentation by Rich he attended in which he feels Rich shared some amazing insight. Like Rich, Harzan received an engineering degree from UCLA. In 1993, Harzan received an invitation from the alumni association to attend a talk by Rich at the alumni center.
Harzan attended the lecture with his friend Tom Keller, who is also an engineering alumnus of UCLA and shares Harzan’s interest in UFOs. Keller wrote a book on the topic titled, The Total Novice’s Guide to UFOs, which was published in 2010. Harzan estimates there were about 200 engineers in attendance.
Rich’s presentation consisted of a slide presentation outlining his 40 years with Skunk Works. The last aircraft he discussed was the F-117 which was developed in the early 80s, but was not revealed to the public until the late 80s. Rich alluded to more advanced technologies which have been developed since the F-117 but still remain secret.

Harzan says, “He intimated that there was a lot of other stuff going on that he could not talk about.” It was here that Harzan says things began to get really interesting. Harzan told us, “He ended his talk with a black disk zipping out into outer space, and he ended it with these words: ‘We now have the technology to take ET home.’”
Harzan says after this statement the crowd laughed, but he and Keller were shocked. He says, “Tom and I just looked at each other, ‘Did he really just say that, and are these people really not getting that what he is saying is real?’”
After the lecture, Harzan says 20 or so engineers gathered up around Rich to ask more questions. One lady asked about the technology to take ET home, but Rich sort of ignored the question. However, after being pressed by a couple of the other attendees, Rich asked one of the engineers if they thought it was possible to travel to the stars.
The engineer replied, “I don’t know, it would just take a long time to get there.” To which Rich responded that it would not. He told the group, “We found an error in the equations and we now know how to travel to the stars, and it won’t take us a lifetime to do it.”
Harzan says Rich did not say what equations he was referring to, but Harzan assumes they are what are known as Maxwell’s equations. However, he admits that this is just a guess.

Finally, Rich excused himself and began walking towards the door. Harzan called to Rich to ask him one last question. He told Rich, “I have a real interest in the propulsion you are talking about that gets us to the stars. Can you tell me how it works?”
Harzan says Rich stopped and looked at him, then asked Harzan if he knew how ESP worked. Jan says he was taken aback by the question and responded, “I don’t know, all points in space and time are connected?” Rich replied, “That’s how it works.” Then he turned around and walked away.
Harzan doesn’t know if he gave the answer Rich was looking for, or if Rich was simply referring to ESP as being the key to how the technology works, but he does believe there is something to Rich’s response.
Harzan says he feels he left the presentation with three very important clues, “One, we have the technology to take ET home. Two is there is an error in the equations… Finally, the way ESP works is the same way that this technology works. So there you have it. All that is left up to us is to go figure it out.”
The extraterrestrial presence in our universe, and even that which is evident on our planet, is becoming more and more of an accepted reality as the droves of evidence continues to mount in the form of government released documents, amateur video, witness testimonies from citizens, military and more. While it still has not found its place on the six o’ clock news around the world, there is a bevy of information to scour through on the internet if anyone chooses to do so. What was once a extremely fringe topic has now become a topic that is discussed a lot more regularly and often with the average person.
There have always been numerous accounts of witness testimonies, government admissions and amateur video floating around the ether ready for anyone to get there hands on, but it was always publicly accepted as an impossibility for the most part. In the collective consciousness, the existence of extraterrestrials and UFOs was simply not a likely reality regardless of the ancient ties and existing evidence. Perhaps this is due to the stance religion takes on the matter? Or due to how heavily government has covered it up? Nonetheless, to believe in aliens was to be a conspiracy theorist and wearing a tin foil hat on your head is how people saw you.
Today this is not quite the same. It seems every day there is another video, document or video case being revealed that demonstrates without a doubt that we are not alone in this universe and never have been. At this point in time you almost have to be putting your hands over your own eyes and shutting your ears to not see and hear the reality that is before us when it comes to ET and UFO presence. Why does the denial still exist? Are we afraid of accepting the reality? What does it mean to us to not want to accept the truth? Perhaps something to reflect on.

What Paul Hellyer shares in this video is nothing short of sheer first hand testimony that ET’s and UFOs exist, the government has known about it for many years and they are even familiar with multiple races.
Just what is life really like in the physical universe beyond our world? Are we really an isolated race living in vastly unexplored regions of space? Or are we largely unaware of the realities of advanced intelligent life beyond our borders and even in our world? Given the infinite nature of the universe, it is much more realistic that there are countless expressions of life in an endless variety of forms, including those who have surpassed humanity in many areas. With the ongoing flood of Disclosure testimonials, the topics of UFOs, extraterrestrial life, and novel forms of harnessing energy are becoming more popular and pressing by the day. It is becoming clearer that we are not alone and that we never have been. Humanity is eager for change and many of us are seeking Contact and Disclosure as a great means for propelling us forward as an emerging interplanetary race.
However, are we really ready for this? Have we evolved to the point where we are really able to engage with extraterrestrial races in a mature and wise manner that is for our best interests? What are our goals and what do we seek out of relationship with other races? Will our freedom and our self-determination as a race be preserved? Why are they really here in the first place? I believe these are vital questions to ask as we continue to open up to the understanding that we live in a Greater Community of intelligent life. This is arguably the most important transition we will go through in our lifetimes as a collective and this is happening now. We must prepare and become informed about these critical issues.
It is for this reason that I would like to present to you a message from the Allies of Humanity, a group of extraterrestrial beings who represent various free races in our universe that value freedom, sovereignty, and self-determination. Their briefings offer a critical perspective on the current extraterrestrial intervention that is taking place on Earth. They are not here to establish physical relations with us — only to offer us a necessary warning and explanation about the realities we are facing. Never before has an intervention of this magnitude taken place here and it is occurring largely unnoticed and beyond our awareness. It is an extremely important issue and I hope that you will consider it seriously and with objectivity. Please watch the following video as it will explain to you the nature of the Intervention and what we are up against.
We are going to have to let go of many assumptions, beliefs, and false ideas about the nature of extraterrestrial beings and the reality of life in the universe if we are going to make it through this transition as a free and independent race. For example, technologically advanced does not necessarily mean spiritually advanced. We can see this within humanity in our world today.
Additionally, not all races who claim to be benevolent or loving are here for humanity’s freedom and spiritual upliftment. Immense deception, persuasion, and pacification is taking place regarding all extraterrestrial matters at this time. Therefore, expanding our individual perspectives to a universal level is of paramount importance now!
“There is a very great shift here, a very great shift from a human-centered world to a Greater Community reality. Because you have lived in isolation and have evolved in isolation for so very long with only very infrequent and largely unrecognized visitations to the world from various races in the past, you naturally project your values onto the prospect and the notion of intelligent life in the universe. As a result, some people feel or believe fervently that the universe is inhabited by human beings who have evolved beyond conflict and deception and that the values that you hold here or that you aspire to are universal in nature. The fact that this is not true and that it represents a dangerous set of assumptions and beliefs is something that you must face at the outset.
This is a tremendous opportunity for humanity, although our freedom and victory is not assured. We are going to have to earn it through awareness, integrity, and cooperative action. We will need to eventually become united as a race, ensuring our ability to stay self-sufficient, and capable of dealing with Greater Community realities through inner Knowledge that we all possess. To successfully preserve our liberties, we will need those who are passionate for freedom, integrity, and are willing to face reality as it is — not how we wish it or believe it to be. This is not easy and there will be great resistance, but it must be done. Are you one who is willing to answer this greater calling and stand for something truly great? Humanity’s freedom and independence as a galactic race must be preserved and it is up to each of us to aid in making this happen!
We give greetings from far away now. In our first two sets of communications to you, we were able to be in the proximity of your world in a hidden location in your solar system. But now we have been forced to flee, since our revelations have become public. The Intervention that is occurring in your world by those extraterrestrial races who would seek to take advantage of a weak and divided humanity have searched for us, seeking to find us and to destroy us so that we may not report on their activities in the world and thus reveal their hidden plans and motivations.
The people of your world must know that you are emerging now into a Greater Community of intelligent life, a Greater Community that you know nothing about and have not yet adapted to.It is a Greater Community of advanced worlds, for you live in a developed and populated part of the universe where large nations have established intricate and long-standing trade agreements with one another, where there are rules of engagement and rules of conduct that all trading nations in this region must observe.
You know nothing of these things, of course, still being isolated within your world. Yet your world is being visited by small groups—small non-military groups, commercial forces, you might say—that are here seeking advantages and resources. They recognize that humanity at this moment is a weak and divided race and is superstitious and uneducated regarding the affairs of the Greater Community in which you have always lived.
We have been sent as observers from several different free nations in this region of space, to observe the extraterrestrial Intervention that is occurring in the world today, to report on its activities and to reveal its hidden motives and agenda so that the human family might become aware and prepared for the reality of Contact. It is this reality of Contact that is essential for your understanding.
Your world is a prize. It is greatly valued by others. You are unsuspecting and perhaps might assume that advanced technological races are advanced spiritually as well. But alas, this is not the case. The path of technological development, more often than not, leads away from real freedom and the true nature of spirituality as it exists in all manifest intelligent life.
This represents but one of the important lessons that the human family must now learn if it is to regard the presence of foreign visitors with clarity, wisdom and discernment and if it is to recognize the great need for humanity to establish its own rules of engagement regarding all present and future visitations to your world. Such rules have not been established. Humanity stands naked in the universe, vulnerable to intervention and persuasion by small, cunning groups of resource explorers and economic Collectives— those who travel within the local universe seeking advantages and opportunities for themselves and for their clients.
You of course have no way of understanding this, having never ventured far enough into space to witness these activities and to learn about the nature of interactions and commerce in this part of the universe. So you do not know what to expect, and in the absence of wisdom, clarity and informed awareness, many people who are aware of the Intervention are misunderstanding its presence and are construing it incorrectly, believing it is here for the benefit of humanity.
It is because humanity has not responded with wisdom appropriately to this Intervention that we, as representatives of the free nations in your vicinity of space, have been sent here to observe this Intervention, to learn of its activities within your world and to reveal to you the nature of these activities, their purpose and indeed the nature of such Interventions as they so frequently occur everywhere in the Greater Community.
You are emerging into a competitive environment in space, a complex environment, an environment where long-standing rules have been established to maintain stability amongst nations and worlds whose establishments are far older than anything that has been established on Earth.
In this regard, you are but a young race, young and reckless—a young race who is beginning to experience the benefits and the liabilities of technological power; a young race who is despoiling a beautiful planet, a planet that is valued by others; a young race without wisdom and foresight who is eroding away its self-sufficiency—self-sufficiency which is always required for any emerging nation to maintain its freedom and its self-determination in the universe.
There is so much now for humanity to learn and to do. Great actions must be taken, but they must be informed by a clear understanding of the universe into which you are emerging—how nations trade and function, what restrains them, what encourages them, the freedoms they have to intervene in a world such as yours and the restraints that prevent them from undertaking certain activities.
Even now, though we are far from your world, we can report on these things and give you a clearer understanding of the nature of interaction, trade and commerce in your part of the galaxy, in this densely populated area of the universe. With this, we hope we can impart a great encouragement for the human family to utilize its native wisdom, to build upon its great strengths and to not fall prey to persuasion or self-deception that is always a great risk at thresholds such as these.
Emerging into the Greater Community is the greatest threshold that any race can face. Many races fail at this threshold, falling under the persuasion and domination of foreign powers. Many nations fail because they have destroyed their self-sustaining resources and have become helpless and dependent upon others who, through leverage and through commercial manipulation, were able to gain control of these young, emerging races.
It is a threshold with great risks and yet one with immense opportunities. In the face of the Greater Community, young races must unite, they must correct their destructive behavior, and they must focus on establishing the security of their world and its boundaries to space.
We trust in this third set of Briefings that we may be able to illustrate the importance of this and provide our encouragement and our faith that humanity has the strength still and the integrity still to mount a great effort on its own behalf and to lay the foundation for becoming a free and self-determined race in the universe.
For you must know that freedom is rare in the Greater Community and once it has been established, it must be carefully protected and watched over. Large nations that are not free, that do not provide freedom for their citizens, always regard the presence of free worlds and nations with great fear and suspicion. That is why free nations, with very few exceptions, maintain their autonomy and attempt not to become pulled into the complex and compromising nature of trade and commerce in the Greater Community.
Perhaps you can understand this from your own experience of being in the world, a world where commerce has compromised the integrity and the self-determination of weaker nations. We have seen the evidence of this in your transmissions, which are foolishly sent out into space for all to see.
We bring this example forward so that you may call upon your own experience and observations of the world because events in the Greater Community and the reality of the Greater Community itself represent the same kinds of forces, compromises and difficulties, but on a vastly larger scale with many more participants.
Here you cannot be like children, being reckless, wasting your resources, opposing one another, being inattentive to your boundaries to space, unaware of who is intervening in your world today and foolishly expecting grace and salvation from those who might visit you. These are actions that are not in your best interest, actions which are governed by wishful thinking and by foolish and uninformed expectations. Such an approach to life in the universe will lay you open to deception and manipulation beyond what you are accustomed to and for which you have not yet developed a sufficient set of counter measures.
Life in the universe is difficult because all advanced nations have outstripped their world’s ability to sustain them, thus forcing them to engage in commerce and to a great degree to become controlled by other nations under whose commercial agreements they must now be forced to submit.
Life in the universe is perilous for the unwary. And yet the Greater Community into which you are emerging is vast and magnificent, holding immense opportunities for learning and education and immense opportunities for self-discovery and for founding a world where greater unity must be established and can be established effectively.
There are races in the universe who are very advanced in this regard, far beyond anything that humanity has established here on Earth. But they do not engage in space exploration. They do not engage in resource acquisition or in trying to persuade or manipulate young and unaware races such as the human family, for that is not ethical and leads to unfortunate consequences.
The wise have learned many things over the eons of time in the universe, many things that humanity has not yet discovered or is only beginning to learn. The wise have learned that all nations require resources and must either build their own self-sufficiency and trade amongst very trusted partners or take the great and unfortunate risk of becoming involved in larger networks of trade and resource acquisition—larger networks which will always compromise their integrity and self-determination. For if you are dependent upon others for the very things you need, then they, even more than you, will determine the nature of the engagement and the terms by which such an engagement must be met.
In your own world, you have seen smaller nations fall under the over-arching persuasion of other nations—persuasion that was garnered without the use of force, persuasion that preyed upon the weakness and the divisions within these weaker nations, making them now dependent upon larger nations beyond their control and to which they are forced to submit.
There is much for you to learn regarding this, and you have many questions, of course. In these Briefings, we will attempt to answer some of your questions if they can be answered. Yet some questions must be answered by a Greater Power, the Greater Power of the Creator of all life, who has put Knowledge as a potential within each person and within intelligent life throughout the universe. But such potential has not been discovered yet by the human family to any great degree, and as you will discover, it remains beyond the reach and awareness of many in the Greater Community, especially those who wield great technological power, who have abandoned their early traditions of religion to serve the religion of power, commerce and technology.
It is true in the universe that the wise must remain hidden to remain wise, and that freedom is built on three fundamental realities: one, that a world’s peoples be united sufficiently to face the universe as one people; two, that such people must maintain and protect their self sufficiency so as not to become bound and dependent upon foreign powers who do not share their values or their emphasis on freedom; and three, that such people must become extremely discreet regarding their activities and behavior, which will always fall under the scrutiny of those who wish to take advantage of these people or who fear the freedom that such people might possess.
Do not confuse the Ancient Home of God with the Greater Community. For the Greater Community is a physical reality, and everyone in it must struggle to survive and must face the reality of competition and all of its hazards. Yet each race has the promise to evolve and to become free and to become wise. This opportunity still remains everywhere, within all beings and all nations in the universe.
Here you must come not with hopeful expectations or with dread or fear, but with a greater sobriety and clarity of mind. Do not approach the Greater Community wanting things for yourself, hoping and believing that those whom you will encounter will provide these things for you. For this is unwise and will rob you of the discernment that you must have to see clearly and to be able to discern those opportunities that are beneficial from those that only appear to be beneficial. This is the wisdom one must utilize within one’s own world, for this is a universal truth.
Our task is to reveal the real nature of the Intervention that is occurring in the world today, to warn you and to prepare you for the realities of life in the universe, to give you a greater impetus for human unity and cooperation and to show you the great need for the cessation of conflict within your world. We do this because we value humanity as a race. But we also do this for our own self-preservation, for to have another free nation in this neighborhood of space is of great interest to us. We support it as an idea for all races. Yet in our local region of space, it will help preserve our integrity, and it will help preserve our autonomy if such a race as yours can evolve into the Greater Community free of foreign domination and educated about the realities of life beyond your borders.
We will speak in these Briefings about this greater arena of life. We will give you the information that is needed even if it does not answer your desires for specific names, dates and places, which would be meaningless to you and which would not serve a useful purpose, for you cannot verify these things for yourself.
What you need is a greater perspective and a greater vision. What we will impart will not be strange and foreign to you. In many ways, it will be akin to what you yourself have seen within your world and what you are able to recognize through your awareness of nature and history.
Life in the universe has taken many different forms. Even though many races use technologies beyond your current capabilities, all must still face the rigors of life. All must still make the difficult choices between freedom and submission. And all must still deal with the need for resources and stability. It is a truth that all must face. No one through technology has gained exemption from the great requirements of life.
You who are just beginning your journey into the Greater Community must now undertake a greater education. This greater education will call upon your strengths, your awareness and whatever wisdom may reside within your heart and within the hearts of all who dwell within your world.
For it is this wisdom you need now more than ever before.

There are five things that each of us can do right now. Taking action will be necessary. From The Allies Book 2:
1. Develop Your Own Awareness. Do not let your everyday life overshadow your awareness of this grave situation. Study and reread the Allies Briefings. Explore the questions that they provoke. Spread this new awareness. Share this new perspective. Be alert for opportunities to advocate. This information must be shared as widely as possible. Everyone has the potential to see the truth about the Intervention, but they may never see it if no one shows them. In this way, this vital message can spread quickly and effectively through many human networks.
3. Support Human Unity and Sovereignty in Our World. Use the presence of the Intervention as a rallying cry for human cooperation and unity. Speak out against national, cultural, and religious conflict in any form. No nation or group will be victorious if the entire world is lost. It is time to strengthen the human family. As The Allies Briefings tell us, a divided humanity will have no power or efficacy in the Greater Community.

Set your own guidelines and learn how to clearly determine, with discernment and objectivity, what other people, and even the culture at large, are telling you. Each of us must learn to consciously discern these influences in order to protect and uplift the Mental Environment in which we live.”

I attended the talk given by HH Dalai Lama in Portland, Oregon and was delighted that he mentioned the Galactics. Yes, he really did.
It was in the context of remembering at our core that we are all One, that we each share a spark of the divine within us, and how feeling “different from” each other creates fear/distance.
He used visitors from beyond Earth as an example of how we might fear beings perceived as “different” from us. He mentioned he would greet them as “same”, that he would shake their hand (if they had hands).

While he didn’t say that the Galactics are here, he did make a point to leave the clear impression that they are our brothers and sisters. That when we cultivate our compassion and commit to remembering that each of us are related through our divine spark, we will eliminate fear. Eliminating fear means eliminating the use of aggression, bullying, exploitation, and desire to harm others (others meaning all beings).
While it may not be the grand disclosure that so many of us would like to see, it was an amazing experience to hear such a beautiful soul openly include cultivating compassion for visitors beyond Earth in his talk.
This is the kind of seed that HH Dalai Lama can plant easily given his large platform to hasten the change in Earth human attitudes regarding the Galactics.

Featured in a crowd-funded documentary about extraterrestrials and the advanced energy technology they supposedly possess is a 6-inch humanoid skeleton with what many would describe as alien-like features. People were surprised when Garry Nolan with Stanford University said, after “Sirius” aired in April, that the skeleton was likely human based on its DNA.
Now, Science Magazine is featuring a more detailed analysis from the director of stem cell biology at Stanford University’s School of Medicine in California. The ultimate conclusion from Nolan is that the skeleton “is human, there’s no doubt about it.”
“Sirius,” the documentary led by Steven Greer, dubbed the skeleton Ata because it was found in Chile’s Atacama desert. Nolan heard about the skeleton and offered to filmmakers to give it his scientific look.
Among the apparent abnormalities, Ata sports 10 ribs instead of the usual 12 and a severely misshapen skull. “I asked our neonatal care unit how you would go about analyzing it. Had they seen this kind of syndrome before?” Nolan says. He was directed to pediatric radiologist Ralph Lachman, co-director of the International Skeletal Dysplasia Registry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. “He literally wrote the book on pediatric bone disorders,” Nolan says. Lachman was blown away, Nolan recalls: “He said, ‘Wow, this is like nothing I’ve ever seen before.'"
To study the specimen, Nolan sought clues in Ata’s genome. He initially presumed the specimen was tens or hundreds of thousands of years old—the Atacama Desert may be the driest spot on the planet, so Ata could have been preserved for eons. He consulted experts who had extracted DNA from bones of the Denisovans, an Asian relative of European Stone Age Neandertals. It turned out that their protocols weren’t necessary. “The DNA was modern, abundant, and high quality,” he says, indicating that the specimen is probably a few decades old.

Looking at Ata’s mitochondrial DNA, scientists confirmed its heritage as likely being from Chile as its mother was from the west coast of South America.
So, if Ata is of human origin and is only a few decades old, what caused it to have such an alien-like appearance?

Looking at the development of the skeleton, Lachman believes Ata’s age was between 6 to 8 years old. This gives them two options about Ata’s bizarre deformities, Nolan said. Either Ata had a severe form of dwarfism or it was really a 22-week-old fetus that had a disease causing it to age rapidly, like progeria, and died before reaching a full-term birth. Looking into both of these possibilities, Nolan didn’t find the genes for either condition.
Science Magazine reported Nolan saying he is researching other genetic mutations and toxins that could have led to such a skeleton.
Getting another opinion, Science reported William Jungers, a paleoanthropologist and anatomist at Stony Brook University Medical Center, saying he thinks Ata was a mummified human fetus or premature stillbirth. Nolan said this explanation wouldn’t account for the unusual rib number and other features.
Still think Ata might be a hoax? Nolan too said that based on his analysis “you just couldn’t fake it … unless you were an alien.”

Even as most Americans wonder what planet politicians are from, is it possible that the government is squelching evidence of extraterrestrials visiting Earth? One former presidential hopeful says yes – and that the conspiracy goes all the way to the top.
Former Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska) says the White House has helped keep the truth about the “extraterrestrial influence that is investigating our planet” from the public.
“It goes right to the White House, and of course, once the White House takes a position, ‘well there's nothing going on’...it just goes down the chain of command, everyone stands toe,” Gravel tells Top Line.
Gravel is one of six former congress representatives who were paid $20,000 by the UFO advocacy group Paradigm Research to participate in a Congressional-style Citizen Hearing on Disclosure in Washington this week, where witness after witness has presented first-hand accounts of UFO sightings and extraterrestrial visits.
Gravel says the strongest accounts of alien encounters are from former military officers, such as retired Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, who testified that UFOs temporarily disabled nuclear weapons on his watch.
“The smoking gun of the whole issue, which is when they saw hovering space craft in Wyoming and South Dakota over the ICBM missile silos that the missiles couldn't work,” Gravel says.
Gravel says the media has aided what he sees as a government cover-up by not taking reports of ET encounters seriously.
“What we're faced with here is, in areas of the media, and the government too, an effort to marginalize and ridicule people who have specific knowledge,” he says.
When asked about the fact that he was compensated for his participation in the hearing, Gravel says it did not influence him to agree with the testimony.
“This is an opportunity which I've taken to focus on this issue for an entire week and the preparation I made in coming to it, for my enrichment that's very important,” Gravel says.
